Great location that is next to musical fountain show. Good parking at the hotel premises. Almost everything in walking distance.

Long walking in the hotel halls, it is connected with old and new part and it takes a long walk to go anywhere withing the hotel (for limited mobility elderly persons, get a room that is close to entrance). The hotel pool is very small and was full with rude guests that were splashing and not even caring that other guests are there as well (but it depends on situation, that is not hotels issue). At breakfast they served a bread that had went bad, and nobody cared to apologize when I showed that to the server. So just watch what you put in your mouth.

The best location if visiting water park for few days as it is connected walkway to the park. Family room in glass building was exceptional and very spacious with kitchenette, big bathroom and balcony. Having a spa onsite is a big plus, but don’t leave till last minute as I did, it was fully booked out,must be very popular. It has well equipped gym onsite, swimming pool with jacuzzi,sauna and steam room. Plenty parking on site. Truly enjoyed dinners in the restaurant, food was amazing, we ended eating few nights here. It’s calm atmosphere throughout, quiet with comfy beds, and crispy sheets.

Bowling could be available throughout the year, not only from September as we found evenings to be boring in a small town. Breakfast could have more hot food options, and if coming just before the end, little or nothing was left and not refilled. Options and variety really need to be updated, and there is a room for improvement.

We stayed in the old part of the hotel which was elegant and cosy. The suite with spa access was great - spacious and very quiet. The location of the hotel is perfect - super central and by the river. It also has a direct access to the water park, so you do not need to get outside. Neringa working at the spa did a great massage.

The staff could be more welcoming. Nearly all staff members seemed unhappy, not smiling and rigid in their communication. Breakfast offer could be better. It felt a bit like a modernised version of a Soviet era school canteen.

spa, pool & bowling operating hours are very limited (two short 4 hour shifts). huge rooms but under-furnished (we had to move the couch halfway across the room to be able to watch movies on the rather tiny TV). a long walk to the lobby from the new building we were at. no laundry service or laundromats in proximity. bicycle rental is overpriced (5 eur / hour). all of those little disadvantages made the stay a tad sub-optimal.

I stayed in the hotel’s historic side several times and was never impressed. However, this stay in the new, glass building was exceptional. I booked a family room with a little kitchen and it was amazing. Huge sized suite, balcony, huge windows facing the river, very clean. It was a really nice surprise and we will definitely be back.

SPA center super disappointing. The reception is right by the rooms, no sound isolation. Massage beds without any face support made me want to stop the massage just because how uncomfortable my face was. Hotel could have an arrangement with the aqua park for guests to be able to leave and come back to the park without needing to buy new passes (like Flores and other connecting hotels have)

What a delightful stay we had at this charming hotel! Our room was immaculate and featured stunning large glass windows and a lovely balcony with a breathtaking view of the river. The staff at reception were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Although we initially found the room a bit small for the two of us, they swiftly arranged a more suitable room without any fuss, ensuring we were completely satisfied. The breakfast selection was impressive, with an abundance of fresh and delicious options that truly set us up for the day. This was not our first visit to the hotel, and once again, we were pleasantly surprised by the attentive service and care from the entire team. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff for their thoughtfulness and dedication. We will definitely be returning!

We have the location and friendly staff. We have stayed with a dog and it was lovely that staff accomodated room with a nice bowl for water for my puppy. It was very nice gesture. The room was very quite qnd super comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. Variety of food and lots of options for everyone. The sport room was excellent too. Spa was amazing.

I would say that people during breakfast did not understand how to use the waffle maker. People were burning waffles. Maybe it would be great to add a step by steip guide.

This is my second time staying in this exceptional Hotel. From amenities, to cleanliness, location, food and staff that made our stay extra special. They were very accommodating when for personal reasons we couldn’t arrive at dates we booked, they had no issue moving us to next week and the same room. I have to thank their staff who are always very polite and helpful.

Very minor observation, we had 2 balconies in our family room, and amount of spiders and webs made me think this wasn’t cleaned for weeks. Although inside rooms was spotless

The location is perfect, you can reach the aqua park without going outside - the building is connected. Hotel is located right inside the park and near music fountain. Room was clean. SPA was small, but we enjoyed it.

Breakfast is very humble. We were going for breakfast around 9:00 - some positions were already gone, and quite a lot of tables were messy and needed cleanup.

Breakfast – please don’t call it an “especially good breakfast,” because it was below average. Spa – the water was very cold, the sauna was only 50 degrees, and it was overcrowded. I think the hotel should require reservations for the swimming pool and sauna, with a limit of no more than 10 people at a time.
