Friendly staff, self check-in function, quiet location, safe parking

Room doors - they weren’t fully sealed, there was around 1 cm gap at the bottom of the doors near the door frame ( you could clearly see the room carpet from the corridor and had to double check if the doors are actually closed). This led to hearing all sounds from the corridor. Towel - they were clean, but they have seen better days for sure. Old/dirty furniture- We had 2 yellowish armchairs in the room, with dirty armrests, where yellow material already looked dark grey.

Self check-in was reasonably convenient. Quiet area. Good size, clean room and washroom. Morning hotel breakfast was nice (although not buffet-style but still fulfilling). Grocery store and many restaurant options within 1 km. Was able to turn on heating to compensate for the cool and rainy weather. Wished we could have stayed another night to better explore this spa town.

Bed covering/linen would benefit from being refreshed. Limited English spoken at breakfast room.

The location is great, close to the water park and the city center (much better than staying on the main streets, peaceful), there is its own parking lot, the environment is neat. The hotel itself is super, very pleasant service at the reception, clean and tidy. The rooms are quite cozy, comfortable beds and bed linen, air conditioner, TV, small balconies, bath and toilet is in order. As for breakfast, the choice is really big, sausages, buckwheat, cottage cheese, pancakes, various juices, desserts, etc., really worth the price. We will definitely come back here next time!

The only downside is the rather "hollow" doors, you can hear the noise in the corridor, so upstairs room would be better than downstairs.

We were extremely happy that breakfasts and dinners were available for a small amount of money. It was great decision as the food was very tasty and saved our money too. The kitchen' shef was extremely kind and helpful. The room was clean. Our kids were very happy about sleeping in their separate beds. The location was just perfect from all activities and museums we wanted to see.

Our stay was too short. We wish we could stay longer.

Close to the city center, and Aquapark. It is nice to have full kitchen if you are staying longer or have to cook special meals for kids or yourself. But there aren’t any table suitable for dinning in the room.

The pillows and some towels were old, and used to many times. It is nice to have better pillows and better quality towels. Or proper feet towel.

The hotel was pretty nice and cozy!We got best breakfast ever!Our purpose was to stay there only one night (transit hotel from Poland to Latvia). We checked in after 11pm, and I was surprised how easy it was to get keys without recepcionist-we were very tired, but we got there best expierence without challenges "how or where to get a key"

Nothing in line!

We had room for 4 ,so it was a bit crowded,but overall, our stay was great .It is 5 min walk with kids from the city center. The room was clean. Breakfast was rich and tasty.

If we had to stay more than 2 days,then I would say that the room is too small. Also, tv was placed not in the wlvery best place ,so if you lay in bed ,you can't wacht

There was a coffee machine in the lobby, and you could park there.

No one was at the front desk, and the music was blasting.

We had a very large and comfortable room with 2 rooms, a living room and a kitchen. The bed was already made for the children as well. We could also make dinner ourselves, there is an oven and a refrigerator, everything worked. Breakfast is also good, enough choice. And delicious coffee.

Great location, not far from the main atractions like the water park or spa, so you can even walk there. The beds are super comfortable and large enough for taller people. There is space for parking, which is very convenient. An best of all there is a conditioner in the room, during the summer is a must.

The towels that hotel provided were horrible, like sand paper on the skin. Could not use them at all during the stay.
