Amazing staff, everyone was very nice and helpful. Incredible masseuse. The hotel was small but had all amenities. Breakfast was not too big but had everything for everyone’s taste. The SPA was good but it’s probably more fun when it is cold outside. During our stay, it was pretty warm so sauna and jacuzzi was a bit too much. But it had a nice area outside to lay down.

The building is a bit outdated, room could use a bit more decoration, maybe long curtains and more art on the walls to make it cosier.

this is a very nice and friendly hotel to stay a bit more away from the center of Druskininkai to have some spa treatment (massages and/or sauna and jacuzzi bath). Nice touch - herb tees they provide in the room and in the sauna. Also, it is a place where you will find convenience stores nearby, as well as a restaurant (Lithuanian food). You don't need to worry about parking, and it is convenient to travel and see places around Druskininkai when staying at this hotel.

actually, nothing I can think of :)

The hotel is a good option for price/quality balance. Small SPA area is very cozy, not crowded. Administrators are polite and helpful. This hotel is a good option for those who want less crowded stay as it is much smaller than most SPA places around.

The breakfast was pretty poor as the service in the restaurant. No swimming pool. Lack of facilities in the room. At least the kettle would be necessary in my opinion.

The cleanliness was excellent! The bed was comfortable, the hotel was quiet, at least the part where we stayed - at first I was a bit worried when we arrived and saw that the hotel is near quite busy street, but that was not a problem at all, everything was fine. The breakfast was also quite good, tasty coffee and pancakes:) there were many options what to choose from. I was also surprised by the softness of the bathrobes:) the steam sauna in the mini spa was very nice too.

The spa opening time :( it’s open only until 18:00 and we would have really loved visiting it in the evening. And maybe it could be not only open for longer, but also have some time slot (for example after 18:00) only for adults. Also the jacuzzi was a bit weak (or maybe just old), you’d expect some stronger streams when you set it to the maximum. But at least you do not have to pay additionally for the spa visit:)

Kind receptionist who welcomed us upon checkin, walked us to key areas, and insured we had any questions answered. Accommodated our pet without issue. Quiet area away from center with some spa and services available for guests. 2BR apartment was really nice for a family - didn't know the kitchen area would be that spacious.

The breakfast could be improved. It has a number of items and is served in either buffet or individual style, but wasn't a big hit. For example, the salad bar was more lunch style. For vegetarians, the egg product was mixed with bacon. The coffee was excellent, but service norms felt cold (note: we know this is a Baltic way to be non-expressive)

The staff was extremely friendly and hospitable. A very comfortable bed. I did like the spa facilities, they were clean, aromatic, warm, very comfortable, with an open-air jacuzzi zone and sun loungers. The breakfast was versatile in choice and abundant. Cosy and nicely-decorated restaurant premises with a summer terrace. Amazing latte.

A bit of a walk to the town center (about 2 km), so if one plans to stay in the center till late, driving to the hotel could be problematic as it happened to us. It was a Sunday to Monday midnight night, no Bolt cars were available. We were helped out by a waiter in our restaurant who called a local taxi using her mobile.

Cosy and clean room, small but nice spa with jacuzzi on the roof terrace, which we where lucky to have it on our own for few hours. The staff are extremely friendly. Food was just nice and plenty of selections.

Can't give any negatives. Just might the location, bit far from the centre if walking, but its a resort, so great for walk through woods if weather is nice.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is comfortable and quiet and you can get a good rest. The bedroom is also very clean.

The place itself is not near the city center and there aren't any restaurants nearby if you want to grab a late bite. If you have a car, it's not a problem, as it is a quick ride. But the restaurant also does not have room service. The breakfast is just okay.

Really enjoyed our stay here! The rooftop spa was a particular highlight, as was the massages that we paid for in addition to our stay.

The only small improvement I would make is a larger variety of foods available for breakfast, other than that, all was amazing and we will definitely be returning for future stays.

Everything - comfortability, facilities, food, staff, how clean and cosy it is. We loved everything, thank you a lot!

We loved everything. Only thing that should be mentioned - it is not a big hotel, therefore, if you expect spacious saunas or other spaces, you should consider finding something else.
