Lobby is nice and warm, the room was big and comfortable, view from the top floor was open and colourful. We enjoyed the stay and spa area, good temperature in the pool and sauna. Breakfast was typical Lithuanian feast from cottage cheese pancakes to herring salad, so either you like it or not, but coffee was strong and tasty. We enjoyed shiatsu and Thai massages and "dry water bed" as well. The mini holidays was really nice!

The only minus for being really nice stay is thin walls in the room, I don't want to hear my neighbour's video call or peeing in the loo.

very good place for people with disability. My mom had brain stroke so she cant do something, so that our question was about spa and wheel chairs opportunity, also pool's help stuff for swimming. food was very tasty so thankful. also receptionists was very kindly. we would like to come soon.

it would be perfect if accompanying person could use spa pool and saunas for two times. one time go in to the spa space with person which has a trauma, and second time could go by self. In programme spa's zone belongs one time per day.

Loved the atrium, the library, cosy nooks and crannies for withdrawing, reading, chilling. Amazing layout of the entire facility and the swimming pool area. The swimming pool is the best we have seen and we've seen a few. Kudos to the architects and designers.

Showerheads in the swimming pool area need replacement. Specks of dirt here and there. Low humidity in the room. Too low.

The biggest plus for this hotel is the pool and saunas. Even if the Druskininkai is a Spa Town not all hotels have a swiming pools.

As this is more sanatorium not a hotel, the restaurant facilities there poor, I mean they are serving full board for those who are on they rehabilitation here so if you are not and just staying at hotel you are basically ignored during the lunch and dinner. Also the menu is quite poor.

We liked the facilities in general, the SPA zone and comfort to reach SPA and other procedures with a robe from the room. The price and availability of various health procedures is great. The staff of reception and restaurant is very helpfull.

Awful coffee from the coffee machines destroys a decent breakfast experience... Also, the "double bed" is extremely uncomfortable as it is just two single beds put together to look like a double bed.

The floors are paper thin. Can hear people walking. I wore my robe to breakfast because I had seen it in pictures of people in dressing gowns having food. I was told to change so that was abit embarrassing as I didn’t see any signs saying you can’t. Some marks on carpet in the bedroom. Quite a long walk to the town

The forest, dark haired woman at the reception was ver polite and helpful. Our view from the window was great, pool and saunas.

One of the waitresses on the first floor was rude to clients, checking aggressively on room numbers and eligibility to food plans.

We stayed for a week. I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff: before arriving, they asked me on the phone what beauty treatments I would like to order, we discussed and re-agreed by e-mail. Very positive attitude towards the client was felt during all stay. In the middle of the stay, they once again asked by e-mail if everything was ok... Our family had ordered breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was delicious, with a large variety and good quality. Spa facilities modern and tidy, deep massage was super.

In the evening, there are many people with small children in the pool, who chaotically occupy the entire pool, so it is impossible to swim. So, we visited pool during day time, when pool was practically empty.

Spa and pool are great, and can be accessed any time of the day, even multiple times per day.

a bit remote location from the town, but on the other hand it is located in very peaceful forest, 30 mins away (on foot). The coffee at breakfast was very sad experience - I was looking for cappuccino and the only alternative was coffee with milk from the machine, and the second day I was not able to finish it. Instead I asked the barista for proper one and paid extra.

The rooms were brilliant, bed comfy and clean. The treatments were so good and reasonably priced. The swimming pool was great too. We went into Druskininkai which was roughly 9 minute drive and managed to park up and go for a wonder. Will be visiting again.

Could only use the swimming pool once a day.
