Rooms seems where renovated,maybe because they where spaciuos,free parking near hotel you must catch not lots of space,but ok.Breakfast for me was ok but my wife said that not good not good,yea I remember vegetables where terrible in taste

Attentione Attentione,bar closes in hotel 10pm and thats all ,so if you came back from pool around 9.30pm and you would like to drink a beer in the room take lots of them,because no orher way you will get after 10pm,and remember always take cash or card with you to the bar,they will afraid that you will take drinks and will run away,forever😂,think they didn't instaled yet"please write on my room account I will pay after"

Location. Very central, close to main pedestrian street and city center. Some restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are nearby. Visit to swimming pool and saunas was included in the price and it was possible to use these facilities from morning till late evening (10 pm). Restaurant on site. Good opportunity to have lunch or dinner because restaurants nearby may be overcrowded during the weekend. Hotel has parking lot for guests but I used free parking on the street nearby.

The receptionist was helpful, emphatic, and made her best to solve all our problems. Breakfast was excellent, especially good quality of sausages and hot drinks (cocoa). The room was really prepped for kids (nice detail to put a step for a kid to reach the sink).

It was quite a riddle to find the way to the Grand Spa (to reach the 8th floor), a bit creepy wondering at the Conference Hall 2nd floor.

Excellent, lovely and helpful staff, clean and comfortable hotel, loved the pool area which included various activities (pool basketball, slides, saunas etc), rooms were nice, beds were very comfortable. Great location, everything is nearby, a lot of places for parking. Breakfast was exctremely delicious with a great variety to choose from. The procedures and massages were great too. Overall, would highly recommend!

Exceptional service and spa and medical facilities! Kids loved the pool area and their first massage treatments. The pools aren’t deep and there are separate areas, and they have plenty of saunas to choose from! 10/10! The property is also pet friendly, I highly recommend staying here for a family holiday. There are plenty of eateries outside the property too, so it is very conveniently located. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for walking. Staff are all also friendly and professional.

The hotel is overpriced. It is not new anymore, and the water park is also outdated. The room was not cleaned at all during the two-night stay. The breakfast selection is small. There are better hotels available for the same price.

The aqua zone is suitable for children, our 4years aged enjoyed it a lot. Breakfast in restaurant Druskininkai was really good, choice for various tastes. SPA house on 4th floor was nice incl personel. Balcony in mini lux had good view and was very cosy (in contrast to room).

The room (mini lux) looked a bit outdated, style is not modern (we prefer scandinavian). Sanatorium on 2nd floor resembles old hospital. We lacked spa atmosphere, sounds, interior elements in corridors, sanatorium. Also one day there was no hot water but calling reception explained it is not their fault.

the room was not quite well corresponding the pictures in the booking.com (for example there was no wall between rooms in room as it was in picture, there was only 1 tv, but in booking page of room were 2 mentioned)

Location, many activities in water park and SPA area, comfortable and spacious room

Breakfast was pretty poor, could be more choices of food. 3 out of 4 family members got rash from pool or jakuzzi water :/
