The hotel is fantastic. The rooms are perfectly furnished and suitable for quality rest. Esspecialy functional beds 👌🏼 Surr restaurant in the hotel - awesome! Very professional staff and high quality food.

The spa area is very poor for a five-star hotel. In the pool area is not enough space to sit or place your stuff. A fly flies in the massage room🪰🙈 also it was super hot in the massage room and you can easily hear how the washing machine works. No relaxing music, no dimmed lights. The price of the massage does not correspond to its quality. I don't recommend it.

Very nice Nordic design with dark cozy elements. The adjustable beds in the room are the best feature and allows you to relax very well. Breakfast with good selection and nicely served. Swimming pool is open 24h which was a great option.

The hotel is reaching a very high 4 stars rating but definetely not 5stars. The 5* rating is for the luxury stay with extraordinary services and high quality furniture used. The spa staff almost did not speak English, in the breakfast was no option for a la carte option at least for omelett or pancake. As the hotel is marked as spa hotel I was expecring more seating option for guests. Very narrow walking path around the pool, where almost not possible to walk.

We stayed at Mana for 3 days and 2 nights and absolutely enjoyed our time! The property itself is located very comfortably within the city as it is close to everything but not in the complete middle of all hustle and bustle. The personnel was extremely helpful to us and allowed not only an hour early check-in, but also a late check out which worked perfectly. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable, we also had a balcony where we spent quite a lot of time during our stay. The SPA area is quite small, but we managed to visit it at times when there were not a lot of people present.

The 15€ per day parking is too much, however, we knew that before coming and decided not to come by car. Note that parking is free everywhere else in the city but it might be difficult to find a free parking spot around the hotel.

We really liked the ergonomic beds in the room, as well as other technological solutions (for example, possibility to change the level of lighting or play your music via Bluetooth). Sound isolation is also really good, we didn’t experience any noise. Breakfast choice was wide and definitely met our expectations.

The swimming pool is rather small compared to the size of the hotel. When I came for a swim, half of the pool was occupied by the children, and not much space left for me if I wanted to swim. Breakfast experience (not the food itself which was really good) on the weekend was also chaotic, as we had trouble to find a table to sit.

As soon as we entered we were greeted by wonderful staff. Mieczysław helped us with everything and gave us a quick tour. The rooms were very clean and the beds were supremely comfortable. The location of the hotel is amazing, just near the beautiful walking path near the river and couple minutes by walk to the centrum. Spa Center was amazing. We booked 2 massages which were exceptional experience. My wife also got a facial. Diana did my wife’s Hydra Facial and it was amazing. She was really skilled and went through the whole process with my wife and my wife is extremely happy with her service.

The fire alarm on the ceiling had a blue light around it, and i understand that it is safety and stuff but that light is was a little annoying especially because it was the only thing that was keeping the room from getting 100% dark. So i am not sure what can be done but maybe take the fancy led out 🫣 But this is not even such a problem I just like sleeping in a completely dark room 😅

New hotel, nice spacious room after room change, dogs were really welcome (fee 29 eur dog for night) - largedogsbeds in the room, towels for dogs, blankets for dogs, foodbowls. Five stars for dogfriendlyness! Very beautiful room interior, comfortable bed (can be regulate as you wish), conformable pillows, the terrace had high railings, extremely friendly, nice and helpful staff (spoke fluent English and Russian), a delicious breakfast with a large selection, parking in garage, huge park just in front of hotel, massage in spa was nice. Loved the meals at restaurant. Wish I had even more time to enjoy it all.

Tricky to find. AC did not really work, so room was changed as first one was very hot. Staff really put an effort to find cooler room. Despite putting 19 C in the room, only way to cool it down was open windows for night. Although pool had to be open 24/7, it was impossible to enter there at 10PM.

It is a super nice, fresh and beautiful hotel. There are parks near around to walk (also with dogs). It was 20€ per night per dog (bowl, towel in room with but of treats). Extra nice was that terrass was with very high railings (vertical bars) so I could keep it open for the night and dogs could sleep outdoors. Breakfast was super 👌 There was an extra exit near our room, so we didn't need to use the main door all the time. Cars are parked in the garage.

The air-conditioned ether did not work or is not capable of getting room cold. It was very, very warm outside, and our room did not get cool, although I put it on the lowest temperature for the hours I was walking the dogs and shut the terrace door. The bathroom lights kept going on even if they were turned off (when ever dogs moved).

Overall, the hotel is in a nice and peaceful location by the river. Super comfy beds which can be regulated by a remote control. Not overcrowded even during kids holidays. Plentiful breakfast, Mimozas and sparkling wine (if you are into this) is a nice addition to the whole experience.

The view from the window, as it was partially blocked by the roof of the same hotel building in front, so we could not enjoy the serenity of nature. Also, the size of the bathroom, it is a bit too small and no hooks where to hang the robes. The pool area is a bit tiny.

The hotel is new and fresh, rooms are very nicely decorated and super comfortable. It is definitely a great place to come, relax and catch up on the well-needed sleep. Staff is very friendly and courteous. Breakfast is tasty and gives enough variety. The cosmetics in the bathroom is really high-end.

Swimming pool was unexpectedly too small and very crowded most of the time. The noises made by kids in the pool very quite annoying. Also the number of chairs by the pool was too small. No other common areas - like library or gym, so there is pretty much nothing to do besides being in the room sleeping or visiting the pool. Much touted Somnarium was a total let down, totally not worth the money spent. The regular beds in the rooms were much more comfortable. Rest of the SPA center felt overpriced and not enticing at all. East Island offered much more attractive offerings. Surr Restaurant was underwhelming too. It was quite loud, the food selection very limited and quite pricey. There are much better options out in the city.
