Location was ideal as it was ten minutes walk from the main area, where we went on the ski lift to the slopes/ the water park etc. Plus a few minutes drive from the large supermarkets on the edge of town. Great restaurants in walking distance. The staff were really friendly, breakfast was absolutely incredible with the best selection I have ever seen, from pancakes to yogurt, to sausages to pastries, but also nuts and seeds, caviar on eggs etc. The staff were lovely and were able to wash clothes that were covered in mud from when we had to change a spare tyre in the rain.

I would struggle to think of anything negative. I had thought there was no radiators to dry our wet jackets on- but then realised there was a whole drying room!

The room was big, well equipped, super clean and warm (outside was -10 degrees Celsius). The bathroom was also very clean. Excellent location, close to the center and Aquapark. The hotel also provided us with a 10% discount on tickets to the Aquapark.

Breakfast could be more varied. A small problem with the limited number of parking spaces that belong to the hotel. Once we could not park our car in the hotel parking lot, but the car was parked on the street without a problem. We did not use the spa. Until 12:00 in the morning the entrance to the spa is free, after that the price is 10 euros per 1h per person In my opinion a bit too high.

The room was spacious and warm and the bed was very comfortable. We liked the location - for us it was perfect. The staff is excellent too - they upgraded our room although we had not asked for it, so we were very pleased.

The pool/sauna area needs renovation. Also, out of 3 saunas only 1 was working, and not all cabins in the changing room had keys and could lock up. The water in the pool one morning was covered with some substance, perhaps chlorine, and it did not look good, so I just took a shower instead.

Good location, room was clean, bed sheets were soft. The room was kinda spacious. It included a vanity table, separate table where we could eat or we used to use a laptop comfortably and a coffee table. The room kinda felt like a small apartment in a good way.

Slow WiFi and the pool had certain equipment to turn the jets or water fountain, but it was turned off or not working, non the less it was enjoyable to use the pool after the sauna.

We visited Galia during December. The hotel was nicely decorated for Christmas and had a cozy festive vibe to it. We arrived late and were served dinner in the room (we booked a package with 2 meals). Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel is quite basic, but good value for the price. Would come back.

Hotel does not have bar or restaurant only a canteen type of area where they serve breakfast and dinner. Other than that nothing to complain.

We stayed in a standard room and it was very spacious. It had a separate sitting area and a large balcony. There was a minibar and a kettle in the room too. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The bed was also quite comfortable. The buffet breakfast was simply but tasty and plentiful. It is about a 5 minute stroll into the main part of town.

Nothing to not like. Perhaps more comfortable pillows would be appreciated as mine was rather flat and was missing filling in spots.

Location is perfect, close to everything and if you like running, you can go South or North and both ways will be running in a forest, most restaurants, water park and gondola to the snow arena is just a minutes away. Personnel is super friendly and professional, breakfast delicious and in a big variety, sauna and swimming pool ready every morning ;) Rooms are spacious and warm, it is comfortable to walk barefoot on carpet floor.

Personally I prefer steam sauna, but this time it was not working, but it is ok, I enjoyed dry sauna too ;) Still 10/10 :)

The hotel is located on the main street running through the city, close to the park, Nemunas, restaurants, cafes, etc. We rented an apartment for 4 people consisting of 2 bedrooms, living area with kitchen (a kettle, a large refrigerator), bathroom and balcony. Very comfortable for 4 friends or 2 couples. Breakfast good. Parking free of charge.

The spa is just a small pool and one active dry sauna - completely unattractive. No wine glasses in the room.

Just fine - clean and tidy hotel, elevator, perfect service, large variety of tasty breakfast meals, good location - just ~200-300 m. to the central pedestrian alley, all needed facilities.

SPA needs some repairments. I have also missed more benches beside the pool to rest after a session in sauna. But in general it was ok.

The room was quite spacious and had a nice interior and a balcony. The bathroom was pretty big as well. We did not have much time to discover the rest of the hotel, but we heard that there was a pool and a sauna. Seems to be a good place for family visits.

The reception desk does not work 24/7, you have to call the local number. If you have no cellular, it might be a problem. Would be nice if the instructions for self-check-in could be sent in advance to eliminate this issue.
