Spa is a mess during weekends as children are jumping on the heads of others, there is no one to look over the order, a bit of a jungle here. Would be good to have separate times for families with children and adults only. Also too small space for breakfast in the morning - only when came a third time, there was space to sit.

Nice, large room, well-equipped kitchenette, large balcony, free underground parking (if booking more than two nights). Good location, in the town center, next to the church. No noise from the outside, but it was not the holiday season (end of January).

The hotel was renovating the spa (January 2025). Due to the renovation, it was noisy during the day. Of course, the spa was inaccessible, but the hotel offered us a coupon for the public pool (about 3 km. from the hotel). When booking, no information about the renovation was available, and because we paid in advance, we could do nothing about it and couldn't choose another hotel. The breakfast was not cheap (16 euros). It was a buffet-type breakfast and was just okay; it was nothing special. You can get a more tasty meal outside the hotel, but not a buffet type.

We found the place very comfortable and enjoyable. It is located in Palanga city center, so easy to reach cafes and seaside. Good windows and no noise when they’re closed. Two air-conditioners in the suite. We parked on the street just in front of the hotel which was very convenient. Breakfast was very good and changed every morning, it included warm and cold meals, fruits, coffee.. Room cleaning service very good. Overall seemed to be clean and nice. Spa area is children friendly and matched our family schedule very well with morning bathing. You could find two types of saunas, water stream massage, jacuzzi… Children playing corner was cute, included duplo, toys, books… and a massage chair for an adult :) Helpful and friendly staff!

Strange “orange juice” for breakfast, it tasted like some powder mixed with water (not natural and not even like concentrated juice).

Very friendly staff. The flat and common areas were sparkling clean. The flat was spacious and bright. The bed was really comfortable. The heating system worked well. The shower pressure was good. The balcony is massive, absolutely massive. It was lovely to have access to the sauna, steam room, swimming pool and jacuzzi in the basement of the building, and to be given bathrobes. The views out the window are beautiful (old church).

We were given two thin single blankets that were quite short. It was February and we were a little cold with that. The flat would benefit from having a toaster, oven and some more things in the kitchen, like a chopping knife and scissors.

Good variety of food for breakfast. Friendly staff. Clean and tidy.

Too small and crowded pool. Second floor apartment without A/C.On arrival, the temperature in the apartment was ~28°C. Uncomfortable beds, pillows, and mattresses. Additional pay for car parking. Obstacles for tall people are not always properly marked. Not enough parking spaces for car parking on arrival near the hotel. Dispersed items near a paid parking space.

Perfect location. Cosy apartment with light sand colours everywhere. Good kitchen devices (the fridge, the kettle, the induction hob) in the appartment and even surprisingly sharp knife among the cutlery! 👍👍👍👌 Big balcony with cosy wooden floor and wide sky view with church tower in it. Cosy and spacy bathroom with good bath and organic washing products in there.

Didn't try breakfast this time because didn't like it 2 years ago, so prefered to make my own breakfast in my room (to be sure that my meals will be hot, not "pretty warm"...)

Everything about the stay fully met our expectations, the room size, cleanliness, the quality of the room, location, service, etc. What was slightly disappointing was breakfast which didn't have a very wide selection, only the required basics. What I also do not get, is the juice situation, what you get is some cheap alternative which cannot be called juice. Hotels often forget that such a small gesture as natural orange juice enormously adds to their rating. Other than that 9/10 👌🏻

breakfast was good, not too many options but enough to enjoy. Spacious apartment with all amenities you could need. Nice spa zone, it was small but functional.

quality of the interior, they have made it the the way is minimum necessary to look good and to deliver good impression but once you are in the hotel you can feel that it is not as it looks like. One of the room did not have window.

A good central location, rather quiet, comfortable beds, equipped kitchen, good breakfast, very clean. The hotel has sauna and steam room, small pool and jacuzzi for morning hours 9am-noon. The staff kindly allowed to use the (paid) hotel parking until 3pm.

Room 201 (with separate entrance) was dark, because of the architecture of the balcony and had no access to elevator. The studio room has kitchen facilities, but there is only a low coffee table for eating.

We lived in no. 101. It was so handy, short walk from the reception. The windows are direct to the church and to the main Xmas tree in the city. Location is the best. Clean and warm apartments. Check in and out 24h per day.

The pillows are soooo bad, not comfy. As a couple, we expected the double bed, but it was 2 single beds with 2 single duvets 🫢 The pool area is too small and too busy. It works from 9 to 1pm. So it's packed. The bar in the room is overpriced. So do not drink unless you want to pay a lot.
