Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The communication with the staff was quick and smooth, they answered any questions we had. The rooms were cosy, warm, and designed with good taste. There was a TV with lots of local and international channels, water, tea, and coffee if you wanted to relax in the room. The shower was equipped with shampoo/shower gel, conditioner, and body lotion. The bed was extremely comfortable for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was delicious, and lots to choose from. We especially loved the pancakes. Now the location is just perfect. Cross the road and you are in the main Jono Basanaviciaus street, which leads directly to the sea and Palangos bridge. The hotel has a spa, and you can book spa treatments. You have everything you need in this hotel for a nice stay in Palanga.

As a customer for many years, I can say that after trying enough other hotels, I still return to Kerpe. It's different in a good way! Briefly: personal attitude, quick and knowledgeable staff, clean, cozy and comfortable room, very tasty and varied breakfast made from fresh ingredients. Blankets, lots of pillows, bed linen - natural, comfortable, good sleep is guaranteed! The location is a short walk from the main street, enough so that it is not a very noisy area. If you can't fit in the customer parking lot next to the hotel (I think there are about ten spaces there), you can park a few dozen meters away in a paid parking lot. Air conditioning and soundproof windows are an added bonus. I forgot my dress at the hotel - the hotel employee was so kind and contacted me herself, now my dress is sent directly to my home!:) Thank you!

We chose a so-called studio-type room (sleeping on the upper level), the air conditioner is located downstairs and its power was perhaps a little low to reach the upper level. The temperature between the first and second "floor" of the room is quite noticeable - but it did not disturb our sleep.

The room was great for a family. AC cooling unit was placed between the floors (master bed on upstairs) so it cooled effectively only the lower floor. But we used the upstairs fan to blow the hot air from upstairs towards the cooling unit. This efficiently got the air flowing in the whole living space and the upstairs also cooled down. The humming fan that we left on during night covered the noises that might've otherwise be heard from another apartments. The atmosphere around the hotel and in hotel was calm during our stay so no complaining about the noise levels. We did not use the AC all the time, only adjusted it to cool the room and switched it off after the suitable temperature was achieved. Location was excellent, the room was really clean, the personnel were all very nice. Breakfast was great. 2 TVs in the apartment. All in all a great experience. We felt welcomed, got the car parked to park behind the gate for a small extra fee. The parking space was small, but designed effectively, taking into consideration how centre the location for the hotel is, you really cannot expect more. There were also street parking available, and a larger gated yard close by that is propably privately managed. Had no time to check the spa this time, but probably it is also really nice as everything seemed to be in really good shape in the hotel. We had a good time. Easily recommendable hotel.

Location, rooms are clean, and in general hotel is quite old but they keep it in good shape.

The staff during checkout process was terrible. There was no one available for 10 minutes at reception at all, and later the person who came talked to us like we owe something . At the end, after check out we went for lunch and came back before 14h, same person in very none professional way made a comment why we have not moved car away from hotels yard. Your guests should not be treated like that especially when parking is chargeable and we came back before check in time (having in mind people will be arriving later). If there is a rule that car should be moved away straight after check out, you should inform people in polite way not to blame them afterwards.

The hotel has a convenient location - very close to the city center and a park. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious, with a good coffee machine. There is a cozy spa, where visitor flow is managed by the staff, so it's never crowded. The staff is professional and helpful. Downstairs, there is a restaurant Karlas with amazing food and a great atmosphere.

Minor details, such as the room being a bit smaller than expected and the shower cabin being quite tight. We also didn’t receive indoor slippers.

- Not the best sound isolation, as you can hear other rooms through the wall, especially upstairs where the bedroom is located - The SPA area is very limited, there is no classic dry sauna, only the steam room (Turkish) and salt room, which smells quite bad, and the jacuzzi water is cold

Really friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and had everything required. Even jug of water welcomed. Wifi was fast and breakfast had everything you expect, one of the best coffee I ever had. SPA was tiny, but I was alone all the time, so kind of felt like private.

Room had small rectangular window under ceiling, which had no drapes, so the sun shone through.

No lift in the hotel ,thank you to receptionist Sonata to Cary my heavy luggage ( 20 kg) to the first floor! room windows huge , no day curtains or blinds ,no privacy and windows facing the main busy road The shower was very small . Housekeeping on request only

Needs better sound proofing - You can hear everything the neighbors do and the cars from the main street. The spa is very small and no pool, only jacuzzi, which is filled with a strong smelling chlorine water.

I had an amazing experience at Kerpė Hotel & SPA! The ambiance was perfect, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right. The spa facilities were incredibly relaxing, and the overall atmosphere was exactly what I needed for a rejuvenating getaway. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful stay!
