Studio apartment was very clean & in very good location (near the beach and city centre), thats the main reason Im back here the second time. Staff (& host) is very friendly and helpful.

Was really missing window blinds during the night, shower drain blocking quite fast, strange (damp/ mould) smell in the kitchen under the tap cabinet. It's deffo needs a bit of cosmetic refurbishment, its not as fresh as last time I been here.

It was super easy to communicate with the owner. Contactless check in and check out. Enough space. Quiet area. We booked apartments with terrace - so basically we had mini private inner yard, which was nice. Tidy area for BBQ and for kids Place for the car.

There were no small towels for face (only the big ones). No towel for foot to put after the shower on the ground. No kitchen towel. The main table was sticky and it left the same after the cleaning.

Lovely apartment with all essentials you might need on vacation. Close to the beach and Palanga center. Easy check in. Definitely recommend.

The location is ok, some distance to the center but it's not a big problem by walking or by car. They also have a big parking zone for free in the yard. It's a quiet place to sleep, no tourist walking by and loud restaurants, bars. So if you have a car, it is a good place to stay a bit far from the center. The building a very new, kinda clean, bright. We lived in a room with a bathtub, in the second floor. My son likes the place. There is also a playground in the garden.

It would be better to give full information before guest arrive. Like how to find the place, how to find the room and wifi password etc. There is no sleeper, no shampoo, no dental kit in the room so if you come here better to prepare them for yourself.

Amazing place, price is cheap, the rooms are amazing and the staff is really nice. I'd definitely recommend this place

Newly built apartment complex, quiet place, close to the beach.

Sound isolation is not the best, so you can be woken up at night by a neighbor coming home - my suggestion for hosts would be to put something on the stairs (also on the kitchen kabinet doors) to minimize the noise. Also internet connection could be improved, had to use mobile data even on laptop.

Very nice apartments, comfortable bed, rooms was clean. We spend here 3 days and it was amazing. Location is good, 20mins from beachfront and 25 mins to Basanaviciaus street.

Very comfortable and clean, beautifully furnished apartaments, great staying with kids - there is a big bathroom with a bath, small cosy playground outside for kids, fenced, safe area, place for parking, very nice owner - liked everything!
