Location is super good, right to the park near museum, easy to access the beach. We stayed at Easter weekend, therefore it was nicely decorated with buge teddy bears and easter eggs. Breakfast was superb, looked not too much visually, but a lot of options for all tastes and on Easter it had decorated eggs, also stuffed eggs that were colorful and left an impression. The property itself is a nice place. There was live music at the restaurant terrace in the evening.

Lack of care at some not nice moments. At the breakfast one oil bottle with herbs had a lot of mold in it, the staff did not even apologize, when I showed them. The pool had a lamp fallen out of place while people were inside, wires and lamp was floating in the water, and after calling the reception (via my cellphone, as I could not locate a phone in the pool zone, also there was no staff), the carpenter came after a while and looked for people inside the pool to help him put it back in. No apologies as well. The reception was empty at the check-out, and there was no self service available, had to wait and call many times, nobody reacted and we were in a hurry.

Super nice hotel, the area is amazing! The staff in reception were also very nice and welcoming. The room was super spacious. We were traveling with our two kids, so we got a big bed plus a sofa bed. Both were very comfortable. Also very nice room for a family traveling with a pet. Overall, everything was very clean. The Spa area is quite small but not bad. We had dinner in their restaurant...it was excellent!!

The jacuzzi was very hot, not sure it was 38 degrees. Steamroom was also extremely hot, couldn't use it. The breakfast was ok, but for a hotel of this level, I was expecting something better.

Poor soundproofing in the rooms - a family with a child lived in the next room and the child's running and crying could be heard until late at night. In general, this hotel is not the best place for those who want a quiet rest because the main visitors are families with small children. Cleanliness - our room seem to be clean but the light-colored carpeting was stained, which created the impression of dirt. Spa zone - it is indicated that the saunas start working from 5 p.m. but when we visited a little bit past 5 p.m. they were not turned on yet. The water in the jacuzzi was very chlorinated, it irritated my eyes. Generally, there is room for improvement

Delicious and full of choices breakfast, comfortable bed, location, spa treatments, and sparkling clean room. Erika (reception staff) and another blonde lovely lady at the reception who worked whole on Sunday on the 1st of December were excellent and super professional!

The cold water in the swimming pool, the temperature was around 22 degrees, although it says that the temperature should 26-28 degrees. The chargeable sleepers (€2). Also, the radiator in the bathroom didn't work at all. There was a leak between the glass door and the bathtub.

- SPA is very cozy. It's beautiful, with large windows overlooking the yard with pine trees. You can also go to the yard, which has hammocks and other places to lay in the nice summer breeze. In our case, the SPA was not crowded, the temperature of the jacuzzi and the pool were excellent. - The staff are very nice people. They proactively helped with everything, while not being intrusive. Simply very nice people are working there. - Excellent location, near the lovely Birute park. A very nice place for those who enjoy a morning or afternoon run in one of the most beautiful parks in Lithuania. - Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. - A very nice mini bar with a good selection of drinks and snacks! - A nice gym. - Breakfast were very good, with a good selection of hot and cold, sweet and sour dishes every morning.

While the hotel is excellent indeed, I think the price is at the higher end compared to other hotels offering similar quality in Palanga.

Spacious room equipped with air conditioning unit. Great central location. Staff always helpful and smiling, 10/10!

The balcony lacked privacy. The mineral water in the hotel wasn’t complementary which would be a nice touch taking into consideration the high room rate. Spa had a very strong smell of chlorine and was full of families with children which wasn’t very relaxing (however it’s expected as the hotel isn’t adults-only). Overall, it wasn’t great value for money and as nice as the hotel is, for the same price you could book a 5 star hotel in Palanga, instead.

The location is excellent, not far from the main streets, the park, and the sea. From my last visit some 10 years ago the hotel has upgraded itself massively. We lived on the top floor, the room was very spacious for the 4 of us and had a large outside terrace. Very large bathroom. We were looking for a hotel with a pool and we were not disappointed. It also has a jacuzzi, a steam room. The pool is not very big, but sufficient. There is a spa with some beauty/health procedures on offer. The breakfast was very nice, good choice of food. But more impressive was the restaurant in the evening. MEAT offers steaks and a variety of rather elaborate dishes.

The folding sofa bed was OK, but could be better.

Great hotel/spa and restaurant on site (food was healthy and delicious), staff is friendly and helpful. Location was perfect - just a few minutes from the busiest Basanaviciaus St., but quiet; nearby Amber Palace park. Highly recommend for the value. We already booked another stay there. Nuostabus viesbutis; puiki lokacija, salia esantis restoranas gamina puiku maista, tai ir pusryciai ir pietus buvo sveiki ir skanus. Aptarnaujantis personalas taip pat labai malonus. Aciu uz viska. Mes jau uzsisakem kita kelione siam viesbutyje.

Sauna hours could be extended a bit longer or offered at different times, as now it's during dinner time when you want to go out to eat and attend events, watch sunset, etc.

Right next to the Palanga Botanical Garden, this hotel is not what one would call "central", but it's in a quieter corner of Palanga for those who don't like suffering from noises after midnight. The hotel is a bit older, but it's what makes it special. The bed and the bedding were amazing, we slept like babies. The spa area is quite small, so it might get full/busy really quickly. The gym is on the smaller size as well, but we were the only ones using it, so it was fine. The restaurant is great if you want to have lunch / dinner there. Fries fried in duck fat are a must.

Breakfast was just okay, nothing exeptional. Selection is great, but I expected a better quality of food. Coffee is mediocre at best.

The location is amazing - you see Birute's park through your window or big old pine trees in the yard with a lot of singing birds around it. The beach is also really close. The rooms are soundproof and you can't hear any other guests walking in their rooms or in the hall. The breakfast is amazing and has something to offer for every type of eater. The staff is friendly & helpful. Big rooms, big beds, loved the thick curtains that allow to sleep in in the morning.

Breakfast was exceptional but together with it came a lot of small children every morning who would start running around all tables, scream, chant or get impatient with the duration of the breakfast. Just the culture thing here in Lithuania. And babies in Jacuzzi or pool with diapers - a huge turn-off for coming back to the SPA zone. But as I've mentioned this is not the hotel's issue, it is entirely lithuanian parents approach to taking kids everywhere and not considering there are other people around. Expect that to be a thing in every local resort that allows babies and small children. And the hotel perfume/scent in the lobby was way too intense and at the end of the stay gave me allergies.
