The staff were very helpful and spoke good English. We were able to book the trips we wanted either directly through the hotel or through a tour agency based at the hotel. They were also able to organise any extra taxis we wanted and when we needed medical assistance they organised for an English speaking doctor to come out and see us on the same day. . very good choice of food either from the main menu or asking to eat Malagasy food (24 hrs notice required). Live entertainment most nights for dinner. Great choice for breakfast and excellent cocktails. lovely swimming pool area and spa and plenty of sun loungers around the pool and beach. Beach does disappear for much of the day though due to tides. Amazing sunsets. Our room, bungalow 11 had a great view of the ocean.

The location is beautiful, such lovely walks in the gardens. The food is amazing, couldn’t fault the food one bit, the selection of breakfast to the lunch and dinner menus are all great! Beach access from the poolside and lovely rooms with AC. Would highly recommend this lovely hotel and the service was to a very high standard! I would almost give this hotel a 5*!!

The Airport Transfer rates are more than double the going rate when you get a taxi straight at the airport. We paid 80-100,000 AR each way with a taxi just picked up from the airport.. we were in high season October

Beautiful property, north west facing so perfect for the sunset. The rooms are huge and very luxurious. The staff are super nice and very welcoming and organised a great day trip on a speed boat to Nosy Iranja (a must see). They also arrange a private boat transfer for us from Ankify Ferry port, which was soooo nice. Thank you to all the staff

The only thing that could be improve in my opinion was the evening meals in the restaurant. The buffet was fine, (and the bar is excellent). But it would be nice to have the option of table service in the restaurant from a full menu. It doesn't matter too much though as it's only a few mins walk to other places on beach. As I say that's what I'd improve if you could improve anything.

this place is magical. the garden is stunning, it’s like Eden. the staff is extremely friendly, always ready to help and super honest. My friend lost her wallet with cash ( the equivalent of 1 month of a local salary) and with her credit card. they found it and returned everything. we had a reflexology massage too and it was divine. loved the real Madagascar music and danse show they organised. the breakfast and dinner were also great ( about 60% western with African fusion) and Malagasy food (40%). there is a lot to choose from. if you are a diver there is also a great diving place 1min away by foot and boats can come to pick you up on the beach to go for excursions. it’s all super easy. highly recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel located in the middle of a tropical garden, very soothing and relaxing if you are a nature advocate. Accommodations (villas/bungalows) are rather spacious, comfortable bedding, A/C fan equipped and shower with strong pressure! Food was overall tasty and the chef had kindly cooked us some local dishes. I recommend the Spa with Estella who is an incredible masseuse and pricing are pretty reasonable. And last but not least, a huge shout out to the whole staff who made our stay fantastic with the level of service they provided, their attention, kindness and smile! A special mention to Tafita our host who relentlessly kept on actioning any of our feedback which make our experience even more memorable! Highly recommended!

Service is a bit slow and can be improved. The beach is not much practicable however there are plenty of exursions to discover amazing beaches within nearby islands

meals were excellent. the spa treatments were heavenly. the pools were glorious. staff was beyond accommodating and kind. my friend got very sick during our stay and the hotel helped us call a doctor in the middle of the night to get her care. everyone was super friendly and we felt so at ease our entire stay.

We stayed here for the last week of our honeymoon. The staff were very friendly and incredibly helpful. Helped plan all out excursions including horse riding, boat trips, massages, snorkeling.. was perfect. They also made accommodations for our vegetarian diet and every meal made sure we had options. All the food was delicious. The location is perfect and the bungalow we stayed in was stunning, right on the sea front! The whole hotel was kept very well with plenty of wildlife in the grounds including tortoise, fish, birds, lizards..ect

Amazing hotel, amazing place, amazing people! We had our best moment in Madagascar at Ravintsara Wellness, definitely recommend! The best part is the staff, so helpful and always happy to help, from the reception, restaurant, cleaning, maintenance, gardener, everyone! Just amazing!

Not much, we had some issues with the internet and the clim but they always immediately solved them. Amazing team work there!

The rooms were very spacious and catered for your every need. The bathrooms were huge and very luxurious. The general areas, pool and views were spectacular. Special mention has to be made about the staff who were not only helpful but very friendly.

it is a little short on activities and it is a little expensive.
