Wonderful views indeed, very nice and helpful staff, good restaurant, nice touches in the suites. Comfortable beds. Ideal for a short stay.

The location made it that is there is nowhere to walk to. We needed either a taxi or a Tuktuk to go anywhere. For either of these I would suggest to ask the hotel to organise it and agree for a price beforehand, otherwise all drivers will increase the price. The hotel rents its own cars as well. The work in the hotel is quite noisy. The card surcharge should be added here.

The hotel is perfectly situated close to some shopping opportunities, beach but also boat excursions. The view from the hotel is just gorgeous. Nadia was the sweetest cleaning lady I ever met and always taking a look onto the very small details. Coming back from an excursion and finding sweet little flowers on the bed makes the day even brighter. Tuki in the restaurant always tries to speak english when you are non-french speaker. She is just the sweetest. Pickup from the airport was also no issue as well as the transfer when heading back. A special thanks to Thom who even brought me some medicine after I haven't coped well with the food in the previous hotel. His English is great and he always looks for making your stay even better (which already is almost not possible in this hotel). He also recommends other things next to boat excursions if you just ask for it (for me it was dive center). All in all I can really much recommend this hotel. Every person working there is so sweet. The food is amazing! This hotel got a really great cook. The bed was comfortable. I slept very well. Thanks again for the great stay. I would definitely book it again when coming to Nosy Be.

While I was in the hotel there was some re-decoration. The owner did ask me if I want it to get changed which was good. I think re-decorations can wait until the guest moves out of the room.

As soon as we arrived, we were charmed by the beauty of the place. The welcome was warm and professional, and the suite with ocean views was spectacular. Everything comes together here: comfort, refinement, tranquility, and impeccable service. A real gem in the heart of Nosy Be.

The staff was very nice. Tom in the reception was the best! Helped us with everything and was super nice.

The location is a little far from stores and beaches

The setting is idyllic, the rooms are comfortable and bright, with a private terrace offering spectacular views. The cuisine is divine and varied, and the staff are very attentive without being intrusive.

Very professional both with Management and Staff. The owners were extra helpfull.

The only downside was the side road to the hotel but the owners mentioned thay would repair this.
