It's a new hotel with a fresh look and interior. The mattress and pillows are so comfy. I like the swimming pool so much. The staff is so friendly. Thank you to the cheerful Roy, helpful Jaja, and the rest of the staff. Keep it up!

Breakfast could be better, and the kids' club could use some improvement (taking Parkroyal Penang as a benchmark). Additionally, check-out at 11 am is too early; extending it to 12 pm would be more convenient.

The cleanliness and swimming pool

We have to change rooms for 3 times due to our aircond is not working plus some of the rooms that we booked only available at 4 pm when we came to check in at 3pm. However, the staff give us one hour late checkout

We had a great stay at this hotel. We were traveling with two kids and booked a double queen bed room, which was spacious and very comfortable for our family. The breakfast was excellent, and the facilities such as the swimming pool and kids’ zone were also very enjoyable. Everything was very clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The Wi-Fi was also very fast. This was our second time staying here. During our first visit, we stayed on the ground floor near the aircon compressor, which was quite noisy. This time, we chose a room on the first floor towards the back, and it was completely quiet — much better. The location is very convenient if you plan to visit the Air Famosa Zoo or play golf, which is exactly what we did. Overall, a great experience once again!

Toilet cleanliness can be improved a bit. Far from Melaka city centre.

We booked the premiere suite, the room was big and comfortable, the view was okay and the bathtub was clean and nice. We also had access to the club lounge. It was comfortable but of course the food choices were limited, tho was good enough for me.

The double standard of having our breakfast at the club lounge and downstairs at the cafe was just wow. First day we decided to try the cafe, it was so noisy (eventho not peak season and weekday), the floors were dirty and they were not prompt enough to clean it (i felt very uncomfortable) and the food felt like it was not fresh especially the salad and fruits (old, not fresh and watery) very different from the club lounge where all the food were so fresh and nice (not watery at all!) But downside about the club lounge is that on the website they said it is non alcoholic, no kids below 12 and no slippers but there were alcohol, kids below 12 running around with their slippers which was really disturbing.

We needed a twin room. But the only room available is at the far end. It was very far and a long walk from the lobby..

This is a new hotel so everything is new and clean. Love the exterior design and it’s really nice. The location is right next to A Famosa Outlet so it’s convenient if you like to shop and also the golf course if you like to golf. The hotel environment is very windy and breezy. The staff are friendly and helpful. We especially loved the breakfast session cause they will go from table to table offering teh tarik. The buffet spread also has a lot of variety. We also loved the kids club, the staff is very attentive and entertained the kids with lots of craft activities. The spa was fantastic, we had good head massages. The staff are well trained with good techniques. Not forgetting the gym, it’s really well equipped!

The location is pretty much middle of nowhere other than shopping and golf, you’ll need to drive out if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. It’s about 30 mins away from Melaka city centre.

Exceptional 3 days 2 nights for our family of 5. Our special thanks to Qayyum and Sam from Reception, Farhan from F&B and especially Mr Suresh for the generosity. We would highly recommend for families with young kids to stay here. Facilities are generally in very good condition. The kids loved the pool especially the slides and giant flamingo floats that were available for rental. The pool has different ranges of depth for different requirements. Amazing, friendly staff including the guards and bellboys. Staff are very observant and approachable. The room is of a good size and well maintained. The beds are soft and clean too, and can fit 5 of us comfortably. We appreciated that a prayer mat was readily available for use in the room with the kiblah direction clearly shown. The lighting and air-condition was working well too. The location is very near the outlet mall for some shopping with hotel shuttle service if you don't want to drive (ask hotel staff for info). Restaurant food is palatable. The cuisines are mostly Asian. Super love the lemon tart from the dinner buffet. For the price you pay, it is definitely value for money. Looking forward to returning. The room is spacious and clean. The interior is exceptional. The staff is super friendly. The rooms are located quite far behind especially if you gotten the end room but the room itself is exceptional. The bed is comfy, the toilet is clean, smells nice. The shower gel & shampoo that they used, smells luxurious. The price point for the room we stayed in was value for money. Location wise, just next door from the Freeport A Famosa outlet.

1) The breakfast foods. Its just average for a 5-star hotel like Park Royal. I was expecting more than this. In terms of taste & choice of foods, its just too average. 2) The baby chair - Too big for a baby. Toddler will sit more comfortably. 3) They did not provide freezer/shared freezer - As a breastfeeding mother, I was hoping if I could keep my melted icepacks to be frozen to be used the next day. No freezer was provided in the room too.

Location. Food. Peaceful place.
