Views from the living room corridor & room window are superb. Can view the sunset. Unfortunately the window in the bedrooms can't open to have fresh air in the morning.

Bed arrangement. Prefer / suggest to arrange 1 queen & 1 single bed in each room. Lighting is not enough. No light in the closet and room lights are not covered in the whole room (master room). Also night light are to bright & can't adjust their dimming. The mini bar chiller temperature was not chill enough. Swimming pools need to do maintenance services. There are a lot of tiles peeling off either in kids pools or adult pools.

This was my 4th time staying here. The villa or banglow were very spacious, clean, and you could cook. No washing machine. I suggest the management to put one in every villa. Swimming pool is clean. The workers were friendly and helpful. Action was taken very fast for any report or request asked. Can park about 4 or more cars. I like the design of the villa. 4 bedrooms. Aircon good. There are 2 aircon in the hall and every room has aircon. There are two types of beds. Single and super single bed. 2 rooms with 2 single beds and 2 rooms with a super single bed. You need a car to move about. It is quite a distance to the dearest town, Simpang Empat and Tampin. The Famosa Free Port is near by about 5 mins drive. Good bargain and lots of restaurants. Check-in was quite fast. Friendly staff. The villa is provided with breakfast for 8 people. During the fasting month, they will send our Sahur (food). There is no need to drive to the restaurant.

The resort activities (safari, water theme park, outlet), resort personnel, view from room and shuttle services. The value of money is a major advantage. The breakfast at the gulf terrace especially the Malay authentic food was good and met the expectations. The service at the restaurant was good.

The resort facilities are run-out and need serious maintenance specially for the condo rooms. The current activities are required to be updated and more activities to be included. Additionally, side walks need to be incorporated for walking purposes and hiking tracks to be added to the activities.

We didn't stay in Famosa Hotel but D' Savoy 1 bedroom apartment as the hotel is under renovation. The building is quite old, and the lift is noisy. Not many people staying in the building. . It is near the water part. To Melaka town is about 1 hour by highway. The resort is near the highway. The nearest town is Tampin, about 20 mins and Alor Gajah 30 mins. You need a car as the public bus is not frequent. From the hotel to the main road is quite far. However, there are Grab and taxis. The staff are friendly and accommodative. Breakfast is good.

No microwave and the furniture run down.

It is very calm environement/ property with privacy. Room service /house keeping is good.

The wi-fi issue haven't resolved since my last stay.Quite dissapointed with that.The breakfast menu can be improved.Since im a regular visitor every year since 2016 i didnt see much changes in the breakfast menu and the room service menu.The jaguzzi look not so comfortable to use. Can have any indoor games rooms for guest.

We loved the location of the condominium and the view from the balcony. Car parking is convenient and right outside the condo.

When it comes to food there are hardly any options. You’ll have to drive to the club house for breakfast which is slightly inconvenient if you don’t have a car. But once you get there, there are hardly any options for vegetarian. Things you would expect like fruits, pancakes etc are not available. Taste is below average as well. This is the only option you have within the resort.

The villa is spacious for 8 adults. The beds are comfy. The electrical appliances like kettle, microwave oven, fridge, AC all are working fine. Private pool is incredible and kids will love it. Parking can fit 2 to 3 comfortably without needing to park next to the road. Bfast was good, suitable for Malaysians bud taste.

security check point. Slow to direct traffic. Road to the property may need extra signage and in dire need of maintenance. Pot holes, unmarked speed bumps, poor lighting in some section of the roads. Bathroom is small, shower head placement is too low located above the bathtub. Nobody will use that bathtub when you have a big pool out in the lawn.

The Quiet and Clean Environment is a place to relax with family. Rooms were good, comfortable beds, sofas, and the family condo with a good-sized fridge and kettle. The staff is very cooperative and supportive. Room service and housekeeping are helpful. The view from the balcony is great and soothing. Loved the overall ambience of the place. Breakfast is good, but needs some more additions of continental food. It is a great place for relaxation only.

The washroom door makes a lot of noise while opening and closing.It is very disturbing, especially during the night when others are sleeping. Thd wooden floors are broken at few places in the room. There is no microwave in the family condo. It would be nice and convenient if it was added in the amenities for the guests.The property can upgrade itself by improving the quality of rooms and amenities, especially washrooms. Except for the water theme park and safari park, there is very little choice of other attractions for the guests staying at the resort only. The resort is good for golfers because it is not a happening place for enjoyment. Except for the theme parks, there is no other entertainment at the resort itself, which can be improved in the future.

The smell at the apt lobby and facility like iron, I suggest put in the room not downstair as it is very inconvenience and some more the place waa so quite and dull not safe for my daughter....the staff either at post guard and the counter They are no friendly at all with no smile no info until we asked them .. not really anwer the question eventhough not that busy..the lady guard so rude just can say we wont allow you in anymore actually we didnt get the actual info of the process to enter the area. How can they treated my boys like that sound very bossy as me the mother inside the same car..come on ..be chill..we pay for it lah and came for enjoy...spoiled our mood that day!!!

The facilities are adequate.

There are many abandon properties and attractions within the area which give awful sights upon arriving to the location. The resort should also consider providing better bathroom amenities. Should also provide choice of bungalow unit upon booking/check-in (eg. prefer pool with more privacy, not right in front of the bungalow in the open).
