The room is acceptably clean. Bed linen and pillow are rather 'old' but still very clean. No 'alien' odour. So is the the bath towel. The curtain is well hanged. No dirt/stain on the glass windows. Everything is minimal but acceptable. BTW, this is my third stay.

It's really easy to find parking close to Alor Gajah city center. It's convenient and hassle-free, which makes exploring the area much more enjoyable. Thanks for making it so simple!

The room felt a bit cramped, and it would have been nice to have an electric kettle. The TV was also on the smaller side. These little improvements could make the stay more comfortable.

Good location. Cheap. 20 mins drive from Simpang Ampat exit. 20 mins drive to Afamosa outlet, waterpark and safari. 5 mins drive to the town of Alor Gajah where plenty of food and facilities are available. Spacious room with basic amenities and toiletries. Shared iron provided at level 1. Water dispenser and fridge at lobby entrance. Ample parking space. Quiet and a bit dislocated from the busy road.

The bed itself is rather old. Screws between headboard and the base no longer attached. The balcony light cant be turned of from the room switch. Thus attracts bugs and cockroach into the room. Room door lock is just a simple plastic chain attached to hook.

Fair to the price. Must drop by at D Mango (nearby) for dinner, food are superb.

Malay staff are friendly. Indian staff was quite arrogant. Room safety is an issue. Door lock are not protective enough.

I like how clean they are. Except. That room could need some perfume. Smells like rotten woods. The bed was nice thou🫶🏻. However. Everything was very basic. Mineral drinks, tissue, two towels.. thats it. (All types of Remote-take at cashier)

Very quiet place, inside housing garden, very clean, staff very friendly and willing to help.

Only there is no restaurant or food stall nearby need to travel out

Good sleep, comfortable bed, clean, cold aircond, good broadcast TV, fast wifi, cheap price Clean toilet, strong water pressure, quiet environment, parking in the hotel area, no ghosts 🤣
