The hotel owner/manager was very friendly and helpful. Guided us when we need something there. Suggested best room to have more privacy. Arranged the BBQ set for us as requested. Overall good experience.

Good location.

Poor sound proof. Noisy next door during 100am to 230am Talking loud,smoking,drinking and coming to holiday by bringing loud speakers. Putting up music during this timing causing me n my family cant sleep Mattress is too sofa, caused back pain. Dont hv toilet paper. TV n TVBox is there but cant function. Toilet bowl flushing system, overflowing non stop causing disturbance to my sleep.

Room space too small for twins The environment is not clean and tidy. The karaoke room with pay 60/hour is not worth, because the sound system and the display TV is totally out.

The location is quite near the jetty and restaurant. Unfortunately poor sound proof due to wooden floor and wall. I am staying downstair, easy awake by the footstep from corridor and upstairs early morning. Cant even take a nap during daytime due to ppl keep walking in and out at corridor, noise form ppl talking outside.

if just need a place to sleep lately and wake up early, then this is suitable place cos good location. If want to take a rest / nap in hotel to avoid hot sun at daytime, this is a bad idea to stay.

Location is strategic.

dirty environment bed quality is bad and feel itchy the next morning. Bath is small and no air ventilation.
