Quite room, but noisy at outside corridor

I need to pay extra charge when check in. Hotel policy stated the online booking below RM50 have to pay extra. Try to contact booking.com. Failll!so, I just proceed rather than burn. It very disappointed. Tv not function, shower head not doing well.

Staff answered question rudely when i called on 5 dec 21 @ 2.30pm for some confirmation and she hung up on me while i'm still talking to her even i asked the question nicely.

The toilet is clean. Have hot and cold water (Coway).

Scam Hotel. Have hidden charges and not mention any additional charges incurred for online booking. When you check in, the hotel ask you to pay some charges for online booking below RM50. Tv not function.

Accept late checkin around 11.00pm

Scam on the price rate...i have paid the total price through booking.com and have been acknowledge no more payment need to be done at hotel but during checking in the staff ask for another $$$...there is a threaten note at the front desk also, if customer do not accept the extra payment they will cancel the booking....😡😡 Toilet cannot flush... Tv malfunction...

Online price was rm37. But when reached there,i have to add extra to make it rm50 becoz they dont accepted the price below rm50. No tv remote so i didnt watch tv. Room to small no space for pray. Not so comfortable.
