1. Suitable for children who likes to go playground, swimming pool 2. Hotel provides proper gym. Only thing is u need to walk to the mall next door and find the correct lift. 3. Price is reasonable. 4. The food at the lounge at highest floor is unexpectedly tasty & price is reasonable. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. 5. All of my family & friends love the hot spring. It is so comfy at the very reasonable and affordable price. 6. The mall next door have some fast food that suitable for family. However, if u can drive, u can easily get Chinese, malay & fast food at the nearby shop. About 5-10mins drive. 7. Parking is convenient, just need to follow instructions. 8. Very convenient as 7-Eleven is at the ground floor 9. Lobby staffs are very friendly & helpful 10. House keeping staffs & guards are foreigners but they can speak bahasa & english well. They are very friendly & helpful. The mall parking have alot of guards. Every level have at least 1 guard.

The environment was good , the rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown Klang

We are a family of 5, 2 adults, 2 toddlers and a baby. Took the family room for RM 500 which was very worth it, including breakfast. The children especially loved their room with the bunkbed. There were also some toys in the kid's room. There was another king bed in the other room which was very big. 1 TV in each room. There were slides at the kids pool. Staffs were helpful. Breakfast was splendid. Both room and toilets were clean, water heater and pump was strong. There was a refrigerator and ironing board provided. The hotel is connected to KSL Mall which was very convenient. We can just go to the mall for food and convenience stores. Nothing negative to say. I was very happy and satisfied, kids were excited. Will definitely repeat next holiday.

All staff was trained greatly. Even staff that took care of breakfast counter was so nice. Breakfast was great. Eventho there are many guest today but chef at egg station can manage all with efficient and surprisingly still taste great. Hotel provide all necessities at room so guest don’t have to worry. I strongly agrees that among hotels and resort that i have been all over country, this facility, staff and meals was among the best. Keep this up!

*The air-conditioning of the room so super *Breakfast presentation is exciting moreover they provide rare cheese forgot the name of cheese😅 the staff was friendly and helpful too by helping me warmed my baby food. *Swimming pool is quite fun with the playground my daughter love it until she don't want to have her breakfast properly because of swimming pool playground Attraction . *Check in & out all in smooth progress with friendly,helpful of your front desk staff & security Overall we had a wonderful stay and my daughter was surprised on her birthday preparation by her aunt's.

Baby cot that I requested not satisfied me due to the baby cot too big and high but the mattress put inside too lower not comfortable to put and take my baby inside.In future try to get the baby cot with adjustment so even 1x mattress still can adjust the high of the baby cot no need extra mattress to make it comfortable.

Booked family room. Love the double decker bed with adjoining room for parents. Beautiful room and comfy beds. Pillows can be improved but still ok. Pool is awesome for the kids and adults. The lobby smells so good. The hotel connects to the mall makes it easy for us to shop basic things and there were many eateries. Very polite and attentive staff.

Suggest the cafe to have brighter and more lights to make d ambience more lively and d foods more tempting and appetizing.

Saw a group of young boys access to swimming pool area ( no privacy for hotel guest ) and noticed same group boys was roaming in the mall then cycling at mall car park area. I hope hotel management can look into this matter seriously as it's impact hotel guest privacy and worry of stolen case ( in case ) It would be good if the management restricting outsider from accessing the lift without the access card. Hope to see some changes in my next visit. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay, staff was fantastic so polite and helpful It's so handy to have 7/11 in the hotel lobby and the big shopping mall right next to it. Wich is you can enter from hotel right next to the 7/11 Everything was extremely clean and well maintained only one downside was bit far from central but if you have Grab app or your own transport you should be fine, because I didn't have both of that mafe it bit difficult for me If I vist Malaysia will definitely stay here again

next to the mall, variety of food, at ground floor have 7 e cafe during midnight if you still hungry. near to tomyam and others restaurant.my kids love the swimming pool, a lot of parking, nice view. have some activities during night near to mall

-i have paid for late checkout one day before the last day at hotel, unfortunately on the day of checkout, the receptionist call me and ask when i want to checkout because already 12 noon. and my room key didnt function eventhough i already paid for late checkout. is it no communication between staf or the didnt key in the payment?? -the room little bit smelly with unpleasant odour.
