The hotel is about 1 month old when we checked in and for a simple hotel, their service was very good. The hotel area and room was very clean. Although the room for 2 is slightly small, but it didn't bother us because of its cleanliness. Shower pressure had the standard of a 5 star hotel because of the good pressure. Think of it like taking a bath under a heavy rain. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, she even escorted us to our room to make sure that we were comfortable. Location was excellent, at one of the main road in the middle of the town. Eateries and supermarket were all at walking distance. Will definitely come and stay here again whenever we come to Port Klang. Thank you for making a memorable stay for us Hotel Orkid.

Good location for eating out and nearby supermarket

Wi-fi unable to connect but that doesn't matter as I use mobile hotspot. Pillows are too thin and flat create uneasy sllepping

The location is perfect for us to meet our customer. Variety of food choices around the location. very nice staff and clean hotel. Keep it up. we will back again for our next trip.

We found their staff Kartick, Iman and housekeeping to be so helpful and welcoming during our stay. Shall stay here when I visit again. The location is good, near to the port, train station and food stalls.

Brand new hotel, so everything is good, clean + nice. Located nearby to port & restaurants. Its on main road, easy access. Good rates.

Limited parking space at hotel entrance. So probably its on your luck if able to get a spot. Suspect room walls to be thin as can hear other guests!

Supposely white towels are old greyish. Bring own.
