I just want to query booking.com. I réalise that the price is high if using booking.com. I book by téléphone same type of room is only RM108. But I use booking.com the price is RM155 with the same type of room. I asked the staf why the price is big différent. She can't explain . Can booking. com clearify on this mater. Im thingking to use other online booking for the next visit. Sorry.

Very luxurious, good location, lots of facilities to use (like coffee, free water filling station in the corridor, comfy beds and we had a clean room. Highly recommended.

There were some stains on the blankets, mattress and pillows. I honestly don't care about it, but my girlfriend does :P

The location is superb - near amenities and food. The room is fantastic - just nice for my family of 5. And good value for money too. Loved that the design is practical. Some hotels love modern design with big windows at the bathroom or see through door, which is impractical and offers no privacy.

I just wish there is a trash can at the kitchenette area.

Facilities- ex: tv not functioning, dim lighting, broken mirrors & the place of mirror is not suitable, aircond need to service & finally bedsheets need to do deep cleaning since after the stay all our family members flu n runny nose due to dusty. Thank you

No iron in the room, but I brought my own. No fridge either.

The location and the room. Very convenient and free parking. Had a proper work desk for me to have meetings and works before I am travelling again.

The cleaner decide to vacuum the floor halfway of my meeting. When asked him to vacuum other places first, as my meeting is ending in 15mins, he told me to wait him for 10mins to finish his vacuum.

No breakfast which is fine. Plenty of eating places neaby. Well maintained and good value for money Easy parking WiFi not very stable?

The check in and check out procedure was very simple and easy (even though I have to wait nearly 20 mins after arriving because there's no one at the reception counter).

The room is not sound proof. I can hear people talking on their way in/ out to the lift.

the location was great and got coway next to my room!

the bed sheet and the duvet cover had yellow stains on them. Luckily, I checked before sleeping on the bed. Slept that night without a bed sheet but had the housekeeper changed them the next day.

Location is easy to find. No issue with late check in. Parking free. Nearby McDonald's and other cafe. Next to petrol station. Room is spacious. Aircond is easily to control. Got water filter at the hallway.

Toilet smell a bit bad maybe the shower curtain are too old.
