Strategic location, Big room

The Malay female staff is not friendly with customers and when I asked her about the payment she answered my question with an annoying face and just looked at the computer while watching netflix or music on YouTube (this kind of behavior has a very bad effect on the company and the guests). this is my second time staying at suns in hotel. The first time I sat there, the male staff was very kind and friendly with the guests. thumbs up but the female staff has to change their annoying behavior and face.

Room comfortable and best for staying for family

Room no window maybe we book no window room but its okey next time will repeat again

Location near the place I'm planning to go. Lots of parking spaces after working hours. The staff is friendly and helpful. Wifi is excellent.

The room (ground floor) got fungal on the walls. Management can use antifungal paint. It smells and might be poisonous. TV out of service.

The facilities are best as a requirement. I didn't expect more expectations cause of the budget stay with family members..

Keep it up to make more updates for stay

Good location, near hospital and many attractions around Ayer Keroh. Given a room at the ground floor and with disabled friendly bathroom. Helpful staff even though they are less friendly.

The corridor’s lights were tripped (only dim lights from the reception areas) and not fixed.

The staffs are quite nice. The room is very affordable. Very suitable for short stay.

Maybe change the mattress. The mattress is quite old and can felt the spring
