The view, the weather, the balcony, the sloping uproad to the hotel, the small forest nearby sloping gently downwards - i m loving this sooo much, u can actually book homestay at the apartment facing the hotel, so u get the same vibe buy cheaper if going with a big family The gardens, with mini waterfall, fountain, mini bridge crossing small pond, The classic old hotels interior design The bedding was comfortable and cosy Lots of parking spaces I love it when i can jog - and this place has it, with a long strip of straight road for strolling-can be creepy at night to walk alone though Supernearby to the main square for food coffee basic nessacities shopping banks etc

Its an old hotel, so i can and smell the aging bathroom, carpet, wall, water, while its comforting to have that smell like around the fireplace at the lobby, i prefer fresh and crisp smell of the bathroom and bedding and room And the water stinks - so plumbing problem And they took our towels with no replacement, and when i called they said towels will only be available after 5pm which is ridiculous really And we didnt get breakfast because of the same old trick they always use in booking.com

I like the location, the decoration of the hotel, the facilities offered and the staff was very polite and helpful. The room is spacious and very comfortable. Very neat and clean. The view from the balcony is superb.

The hotel's breakfast buffet was amazing. The variety was incredible but I would love to give suggestion on the taste of the food. For me the fried rice is a bit tasteless. Maybe the chef could add something such as “Secukup Rasa / chicken cube to enhance the flavour. Same goes to the Nasi Lemak but please tell the chef I give A+ for the Kuah Kari Sardin.

The hotel's expansive and airy design was impressive. The staff were a major highlight, being very open and helpful with any questions we had. Our room offered lovely views and was just a short walk from town, providing a pleasant 10-minute stroll. Breakfast was quite good for a hotel, and while the food was typical of a hotel, they did offer some tasty alternatives, including hot pot.

The wifi was occasionally slow and required frequent logins, but the staff were very supportive in trying to resolve the issue, unfortunately this wasn not fixed, but did not distract us from such a lovely location

The location of the Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands is one of its standout features. Tucked away on Jalan Gereja, it offers a peaceful and breezy environment, away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas. The Superior King Room I stayed in was naturally cool thanks to the fresh, crisp air of Cameron Highlands, making the absence of air conditioning or a heater completely fine. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. My booking came with free breakfast for two and gym access, which was a great bonus. I was also thrilled to find an iron and ironing board in the room - these are essentials for me and not always provided in hotels. The property has an old charm vibe that I truly appreciated, adding character to the experience.

The only downside is that buying groceries can be a bit inconvenient, as the nearest market, Kea Garden Market, is about 1km away. You’ll either need to drive or walk to get what you need. While I loved the old charm of the property, the room could use some updates in terms of decor to enhance its overall appeal. However, this didn’t detract too much from the comfort of my stay.

Unfortunately, my next door was a family with small kuds so they tend to get really noisy late at night

Spacious rooms, great breakfast, amazing location, beautiful views and good staff. This hotel boasts facilities which even some 5-star hotels do not. The amenities and toiletries available were satisfactory.

The hotel needs renovation and care in some areas; stained carpets abound. The level of cleanliness can also be improved, even though it wasn't bad. The housekeeping staff did not perform their duties completely and did not respect the 'do not disturb' light (which might not have been working). The baked items part of the breakfast can be expanded along with the overall spread catering to a slightly more diverse palate. This place has the potential to offer 5-star levels of service; it's 90% there, but its the remaining 10% that lets it down.

The location of the hotel. We are pleased to be given the view from front of the hotel. There is no A/C but you can open the sliding door and windows for the cool air. Breakfast is decent. Good staff service.

As the hotel is aging, please improve the wifi connection as well as the moldy issue in the bathroom. Since there is no A/C, the hotel might want to install window and door netting so that cool air can come in but not the creepy crawlies.

Clean and spacious roon Very quiet and serene location despite being quite near to town. The location made it easy for you to order food delivery if you can't seem to leave the room. I didn't order breakfast so i couldn't comment on that.

I got lost while looking for my room despite being given instructions for it. Maybe it would be better if the hotel could put up more signs for rooms that are located at the other side of the wing? The balcony had tiles and it gets very cold like ice when we stepped on it barefooted to enjoy the spectacular view. The TV lost its signal a bit on my last day there but we were leaving soon anyway so it didn't really bother us.

I dont give much expectation knowing it is an old hotel but i was quite impressed. The hotel is situated at a very strategic area, near to pasar malam & other eateries/attractions. The room that was assigned to me was very good & clean even though the furnitures were quite old. The hotel staffs were very polite & attentive. They also provided a lot of parking lots. Most of all i love the sceneries nearby the hotel

I love almost everything except the breakfast. They provided a buffet spread, a lot of choices but the taste can be improved more. It was not the worst but still not the best. Anyway, this hotel still provided the best experiences & values according to the rates. Definitely going to come here again. Thank you

Cozy, classic feel. Had everything. Don't understand why people bash the breakfast when it is a 3* hotel. Room was very comfy and huge! We got the view of Mount Brinchang from our balcony. Every night was cool @ 17/18°C. Had snooker table. Fitness centre, library, business centre.. Cafe.. Just a drive out is Tanah Rata centre, with pasar malam and lots of cafe and eateries.. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and separate shower area. Small spread of local fried rice, noodles, western breakfast with selection of coffee, tea, orange and guava juice. Please don't expect 6* from a 3* hotel. Feels a 4* for us. Family wanna book the same room next time we're coming back. 👍🏼
