It's a new place so some things still need improvement but with this management I don't have any doubts that remaining "problems" will be resolved soon. Very helpful personel in general and clean and spatious rooms with a great view. Breakfast is outside (although covered) and it can be a bit chilly but the buffet is great and makes up for it.

The location is a bit remote (for the time being, a new complex is being built next to it) and very steep path up. However, they are happy to give you a quick lift up or down to the village by car.

Included in the cost for a nights stay was a free breakfast. It was a great selection of food and the manager of the hotel came over and told me all that was on offer. Additionally, the manger offered to drive me to the bus station to catch my early bus to Taman Negara. It was a fantastic night stay with the most friendly and accommodating staff you could ask for. I can’t rate this place any higher. 10/10 will definitely be staying again in future!

The room feels a bit still because there is no fan (although i understand that a fan is not needed! 🥶) Perhaps add a screen door with a lock on the balcony so that guests can have the door open during their stay ☺️ (because the balcony is shared and some may feel uncomfortable having the door open.

breakfast was good, can request for the omelette. they prepared everything. toast , hot coffee and tea. also have for kids breakfast such as cereal, milk and nuggets. i love eat with the cold windy area and very neat and clean. the owner also very kind . they treat us so nice. easy to communicate.

The owner is very friendly (he even drove us to the sheep sanctuary). The location is good as it avoids the jam areas. They also provide some tour guide services

The location is quite hard to find. The way to the hotel has a very steep slope (be careful if you are not a confident driver). The noise insulation is not that good.

Everything the owner is very friendly, i couldnt find the place the owner come down look for me and i follow him to the resort..paid for rm160 including breakfast superb value for money..the hotel the room very clean..the room spacious with balcony. The bathroom very big..so good..very very good place ..

Breakfast is nice. Staff is friendly. Room is big with balcony. Hotel location good. Away from the jam area. And the hotel on top of a peak, can have a good view with cold fresh wind blow. Also, the hotel is just walking distance to Jungle Trail 10 (Good for those who likes jungle trekking).

Very helpful and humble hosts. The madam even helped us to carry our bags to the room. Very worthy of the price. Plus there was breakfast provided. Eventhough choices were less for breakfast buffet, but it filled our tummies before we headed back to home. Recommended!
