They tried thier best to fulfill our request during our stay. It truly meant a lot to my family and me. The staff were exceptional—attentive, warm, and welcoming, making us feel right at home throughout our stay.

I did find the pool facilities a bit challenging. The minimum depth of 1.6m in the adult pool was slightly difficult for me, as I am 1.5m tall and have little water confidence. A shallower option would have made the experience more enjoyable.

Staying on ground floor might occassionally be less peaceful due to sound from footsteps in other connecting units. However the resort is very responsive and takes effective measures to minimize any disturbance when reported, ensuring a comfortable stay

The room was very classy, comfort. The pool was big enough for children. All the facilities were complete provided and the environments were very nice and beautiful. One of the best stay in terengganu

The portion for dinner meal especially beef steak was Quite small rather than the other 5 star resort that we had reached before

Still recovering from Covid and in need of renovation. No powerpoint at bed. Aircon fan speed way too high, and blowing in your face when you sleep. Plumbing in need of renovation. Booking directly didn’t work, so used booking.com.

Love the quite ambience and lovely staff. Staff informed us clearly on what to do etc. The beach was lovely and the sunset is phenomenal.

I hate that I need to leave. Hope to stay longer next time and has a whole tour around the resort. I was so tired and couldn't get up early for the sunrise. Hope to watch sunrise during my next visit.

We love the overall atmosphere at Tg Jara. The place oozes calm and relaxation the moment we passed the guardhouse. Breakfast was plenty with lots of variety. The resort staff are very approachable and helpful, and the spa experience is just out of this world! We had a very restful 3D2N there, this visit won't be our last!

The room desperately needs a little upgrading and freshening up. We feel that our dated room doesn't reflect the overall wonderful vibes of the resort. It is, however, very spacious. Another issue I would like to raise is the presence of A LOT of litter on the otherwise pristine beach. The litter is probably garbage that the big monsoon waves brought from somewhere else but I think the resort should make an effort to clean it. The entire 3D2N there I did not see any beach cleaning activity happening. Maybe make it one of the resort activities!

We recently enjoyed a wonderful 3-day, 2-night stay at Tanjong Jara Resort to celebrate both my daughter's birthday and our wedding anniversary. The resort truly exceeded our expectations! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made everything from arranging a special birthday treat for my daughter to ensuring a smooth anniversary dinner a breeze. The rooms were spotless and very spacious, perfect for our multi-generational family trip. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the resort's beautiful grounds. Speaking of exploring, the resort itself is stunning. The beach was pristine and perfect for family fun. We also loved the pool area, which offered a refreshing escape from the Malaysian heat. But perhaps the biggest highlight for us was the food. Every meal was delicious, with a wide variety of options to please everyone's palate. The resort's restaurants really impressed us. Overall, Tanjong Jara Resort provided the perfect setting for our family celebration. It was relaxing, luxurious, and offered something for everyone. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a special getaway in Malaysia.

After five years, we finally returned to our honeymoon place and it felt just like coming home. Not a day has gone by that we haven’t missed this place, and being back was everything we hoped for and more. From the moment we arrived, we were pampered by the incredible team, especially Liza, Jazz at the front desk and all amazing staff. A special shoutout to Chef Ann, who took care of our menu with so much thought and passion. She is truly a legend. This won’t be our last visit, that’s for sure. We’re already missing everyone and counting down the days until we return.

It is very healing and peaceful. All the staff services is top notch! Names that I remembered is Chef Ann and Hafiz. There is two girls and reception and a guy as bellboy was exceptional as well. Room is spacious with beach view, surrounded by trees and plant. All I can i say is you get what you paid for. Breakfast selection is very good with local food and western as well. Everything is GOOD! There were also activities available in the resort itself, tennis court, cycling, cycling, massage and many more. Long short summary, confirm REPEAT!
