The room is clean. Spacious toilet but the room space can consider quite small. Can say a bit difficult to perform prayer for muslim due to small space. Hotel can consider to have 2 dustbin, 1 in the toilet instead of just 1. Location wise, so good as easy access to food/mart area. Parking also ok but you need to pay yourself as hotel did not cover for it.

- Stayed 2 nights; 1 night got disturbed with sound of staff from nearby restaurant cleaning up dishes during closing at the alley behind the hotel, including hearing clear of their conversation! Closed toilet window and still can hear them. Second day, got woken up early by really loud renovation noises! It was if reno was done in our room! - No elevator so bear in mind for elderlies / big luggages / small families - I dont like your iron haha. Also iron is shared

I like bcs its feel like 4star hotel the cleanness and also the environment, also its very safe when at night the staff will lock the front door, if you want to get in the staff will open the door for you

Just the stair if you plan to stay long and bring lot of stuff it will make things difficult for you but other than that its nice

Everything was perfect . The bedroom look so clean and neat .Im really love it to stay at there♥ So comfortable and can sleep without any disturbance 👏🏻 Best ♥ Really recommended👍🏻

The property is well-maintained, clean, and offers a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, with many shops and restaurants nearby. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist.

The parking area could be more spacious. Noise from the nearby street can be heard at night. Limited variety in the room service menu.

Location was good, clean, can see the facilities are still new. Quite luxury.

The ironing facility was worst. Got 2 irons and i tried both but burned my clothes. I set at the lowest level but still stick onto my clothes. The crumple didn't get better. I'm very picky about ironing so this spoilt my mood.

One of the hotel at that area provide wifi internet connection, bathroom water pressure was enough strong, room aircond are cool, and facilities water dispenser is provided..

Room isolation was bit poor.. Able to listen ppl talking on the room beside.

Very recommended stay as the environment is cozy, clean and comfortable. There’s lobby at the next shop lot, nearby come with C-Mart for our convenient in buying stuffs and foods. Hotel staff is very friendly and good location that easy to find parking.

Please maintain the cleanliness because it is the most important factor for me, especially the toilet. I can confirmed that everything is clean at Urban Inn Padang Serai. This is my second stay here....bravo!!
