Amazing service from FOM Mr Anwar and hotel crew,from Front Office,to room service, restaurant and housekeeping. Food was good. Bed is comfy. Great city view from window. Very good room cleanliness from all parts. Very warm service,fast check in process and check out. Food for breakfast has 8 dishes,plus noodle dish with selection of flavor items and condiments, toast and cereals,and unexpectedly kuih muih which have also been served to hotel guests. And also delicious tea or coffee or orange juice served, which easily to be obtained from the counter. The warm smile with such welcoming service, including from the male room service staff that served us,the restaurant's crew and the cook who manages both egg station and the dishes for breakfast,are really melting our hearts. And this hotel is located at middle of city,near to clinics,mall,shops and highway junction. All in one place. Definitely we will choose this place as our main choice of stay in future. Thank you.

The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff is very helpful. The location is excellent. Eateries, 7-Eleven, a pharmacy, a grocery shop, and Parkson are all within walking distance. For those driving, do enquire about parking with the hotel, they will assist you accordingly. Alternatively, you can park in front of the hotel.

Cleanliness can be improved.

I saw a few improvements since my last stay in this hotel especially the cleanliness. Since I'm traveling with elderly this hotel serve the purpose as well. The main reason why I choose to stay at this hotel because it is adjacent to the main road and easy to access few area plus a lot of stall in this area.

TV size

The room that was booked was the same as advertised. It was comfortable, clean and various necessities were also provided. as well as the main switch placed next to the bed is easy to control the acond tv light..very interesting

maybe just the parking lot that doesn't have that time and the pool that isn't perfectly maintained

Prompt check in and check out by the Front Desk team. All the staff especially the Front Desk and, Cafe are extremely friendly and polite.

Due to low occupancy during our stay, the cafe is unable to offer a breakfast buffet spread. Nonetheless, the ala carte breakfast was very tasty.

Room is spacious, it is old hotel but very well maintained. Excellent bath tub. Room has fridge, kettle, ironing board, hairdryer all provided. Clean room overall. Many eateries near hotel and convenience store like 7E is also near hotel. Walk to the back of hotel there's the Petani Parade if want to go Parkson to get anything.

I think need to add plug point for people to charge phone or laptop especially when one plug has been used for kettle. Room 404 need to change new shower head as it is loose and leaking (forgot to inform hotel during checkout). Reception was on renovation. Unable to park at the basement as it was closed.

No one offer umbrella during raining day to me to car from lobby. Have to go out for late appointments

Location is strategic. Near Sg Petani (S) toll exit. A lot of shop, convenience stores, fast food and many more.

Toilet a little bit looks like dirty. It’s not dirty like trash or not clean but the surface scratch, dark mark.

Perfect location, very near to Sg Petani (S) exit. Friendly and attentive staff. Room was clean and spacious. Many eateries nearby, some are within walking distance. Calming atmosphere in the hotel especially when the Al-Quran recital was played through the hotel PA System. I was surprised at first when I heard Surah Ar-Rahman being played. Alhamdulillah, keep it up :)
