The location was great, it's at the end of building, so its quite at night, I had great sleep. Restaurants, ATMs, convenient stores and malls are in walking distance. They have space for free parking. I actually have to pick up a friend at 3am, and it's really good to know they have night to morning guard, customers safety, checked, especially for ladies staying alone. The front desk has staff 24/7. Good view actually, the river is just behind the building, has Dataran Ikan Bakar very the next to hotel. During check in, one of 2 rooms I booked had a very noisy air ventilator, I reported to the staff and they immediately changed the room.

It's not that I didn't like but just as a head up to others. Rooms are comfortable for a good rest but they really have confined space, we barely managed to bentang our sejadah to perform solat. Hair dyers didnt work btw but we didn't report coz it's minimal thing to us. The toiletries they provided were only the shower gel (mounted wall dispenser in bathroom) and towels.

I was a bit worried at first because my friend saw some bad review about this hotel but during our stay surprisingly everything was perfect. Although we stayed only for 1 night but it was worth it!!

location is ok for me. ada medan ikan bakar area situ & klu order panda ke grab ke ok je senang jumpa. staffs was good too. parking pun ok sbb ada free parking area for the hotel's guests. katanya ada RELA yg jaga malam2 so ok la. bilik pun ok not so small n not too big for me hehe might stay here again ^_^

Room was clean and comfortable but was looking a bit tired. Needs some redecoration. Good location to a couple of good restaurants.

The lady receptionist is very bubbly and warmth. Big bed got 4 pillows and 1 bolster. Bed is very comfortable.

TV got many channels but it set to off automatically.
