The receptionists were good. The Chinese lady was excellent. the night shift receptionist were very kind and helpful. i asked for 2 extra pillows and they managed to get it for me. i love how they provided a water dispenser so easy to refill our drinking bottle. in the room also provided 2 mineral water. the elevators were fast and clean. the rooms were VERY clean and comfortable. however the space in the room is quite limited but worth the price. it is not for luxury-vacation-stay obviously. haha the bed was AMAZING. air conditioner worked well. the shower is good. there is a kiblat sign. they use the stand iron steamer located at the hallway and there are a few units on each floor. there is a window but no view haha no worries, we are not there to enjoy the room. we spent less time in the room haha they provided toothbrush, toothpaste, laundry bag, sanitary bag. located in the middle of sungai petani (maybe) cs every places we went to is just like 100m 200m away lol got bank downstairs, mart and baby shop.

their reserved parking is so limited. we have to park somewhere around the hotel. we were actually quite worry to park our car quite distance from the hotel but there was a security guard who look after all the guests' car. hehe

The location is very good. Many facilities nearby including restaurants, gas stations, family mart, emart, zus coffee, etc. Many food stalls across the road. I love the shared steam iron where guests can be use it anytime.

No wardrobe inside the room. The price paid for two large double bed rooms should include a wardrobe and safety box.

Convenience. The Hotel is strategically located within many eateries / cafe, salon and convenience store.

Iron should be made available for use in the room rather than in the corridor.

Everything perfect here . Helpful staff . Best toilet facilities especially bidet shower like Japan and some southeast Asia use comfortable with it . Nice breakfast . Return stay for me after my other towns travel .

Just may be pick up and drop off area a little trouble while peak timing.

Superb cleanliness, well maintain room, air conditioner works as expected, shower has good temperature and pressure, room lighting is sufficient

They could install a shower curtain so that water will not splash to the toilet seat, should have mentioned that the deluxe room is without a window, the ventilation of the toilet should be improve, night lighting should be install to room that has no windows.

Its clean, located at strategic area, have restaurants nearby, 24 hours mart, clinic. Have plenty of parking. Room is comfortable suits 2 pax.

Location strategic. Walk away from convenience store, restaurant, watson, guardion, pharmacy, 7-eleven, kfc. Other place of interest also nearby, just grab there.

Could use some soundproofing for the room. I could hear next door room during midnight sleep, I have trouble sleeping when is too loud in the other room.

Staff were helpful. The room was clean & the bed was big & comfy. The location is near to many useful shops & FnB.

Lift door was too quick to close & a bit confined. The room was a bit smaller than the photo

The family room is very big with 2 large king beds. The room's cleanliness satisfied my expectations. The hotel has 2 lifts. The location is near to laundry self service, pharmacy, bank, eateries shops and many more .

Parking is a problem because the hotel is located in the shops lot area.
