This place is 5star for me my husband and 2 teen daughters. The swimming pool was so cozy. Seperate Baby pool. Gym. Washrooms everywhere, so convenient. The coffee and tea and biscuits available all through the day for free at the launge area made me feel at home. The staff handling our luggage when we arrived and also guiding us to the parking was excellent. Thanks to all of them. Phone calls were handled very well by those at the front desk from the first booking to exit check out. Dedicated staff, really amazing. The bed and breakfast with the excellent varieties of items to eat in the morning made me overwhelmed. I had fish and chips and fried rice for dinner, wow, for that price and taste, it's so so worth it. The staffs at Cafe was so good to me. Me and my family were really impressed. Shopping malls like Village mall, central square and C- Mart are really nearby. Swiss Avenue Hotel, you made me and my family have a wonderful and an unforgettable first trip to Kedah Sungai Petani. I will recommend this Hotel to my friends. Surely love to go there again someday if God willing. Thank you once again.

The pool side could have had lights on for us to sit around enjoying the wonderful breeze after 7pm although no swimming was allowed. Maybe a decent movie for people to just sit around and watch in the big screen at the poolside.

We've stayed at this hotel before and this time around, it was just as great as last time. We got the family room with 2 queen beds...the unit got balcony facing the road and just steps away from the lift..i mentioned before that this hotel was among the best that we've ever stayed in...both the kids and adult pools were huge...amazing place...Last time we were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet but they improved a lot this time around...the selection was plenty and the food tasted nice...

Nothing really...maybe a few more recreational games would be nice...ping pong table, dart, foosball, pool/snooker or board games...but the pool can keep your kids entertained for a whole day...

We got an upgrade for the stay. More spacious room. Quiet. Family oriented. Kids friendly.

The front door is not sound proof. Can hear people and kids talking and moving along the corridor. There is no place to keep body soap or shampoo in the shower cubicle. Has to be placed on the floor.

The tables, bed side tables, the working table, the dressing table with lights, the bed, the spinning TV on the cabinet, the 2 sofa, spacious bathroom. The big mirror with cabinet also beautiful. Dare not use bath tub though fits for 2😊 Managed to finish my report and didn't sleep at all. Breakfast 👍🏻👍🏻. Eva was helpful during our arrival. 😘 It was a Junior Suite😊🌷Thank you.

Can improve the pest control in hotel. Other than that, very satisfied.

Very polite and friendly hotel staff especially the front desk, breakfast and concierge staffs. The room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. *** 10 points for them ** Wider and well maintained swiming pool. Very nice setting up outside lobby with small garden and rhinoceros sculture. It really looks like real. Nice breakfast and worth for money RM15 per head.

The hotel infrastructure in renovation now. A bit dusty & not clean outside the room. It wasn't inform us earlier when we do booking. We have an asthmatic person and is not good with such dusty environment. The dusty environment will cause an allergic but anyhow we are not affected much since we spent our daytime activities at outside of the hotel. Ofcouse i agree that the renovation is to upgrade the hotel facility and better serve for future guest who will staying there. But in meanwhile, please take into considering the guests who are staying currently while the renovation is on going.

The breakfast menu was varied. The food was delicious, and my children were happy. The location is also close to the city, making it easy to find eateries and interesting places to visit.

Customer service is great. They even have bell boy services to carry your luggage. Check in procedure is smooth. The hotel is huge so there are a lot of ammenities like pool, gym. Suitable for family because the room is big. Like other reviewer said, the room is newly renovated and clean. They probably planning to renovate the toilet as well because the toilet keep its old design. Recommended hotel if you are planning to visit Sg Petani.

Rather than dislike, this is more of my observation. As of sept 2022, the hotel is still in the middle of renovation. The main receiption area is still off limit. There is a whole wing of the hotel that is close for public. I got goosebumb while waiting for the lift at night because the restricted hallway is quite creepy.

Comfortable family room which I stayed with 3 adults n 4 children..the food also delicious and cheap, the price is almost the same with outside cafe...and my kids love the pool...

Excellent hotel. Great service The room was spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. Breakfast was delicious and with many choices; The people in the reception were very helpful. The swimming pool is great My kids are happy and enjoy it. The location is great not so far and not so close to the SP town. Recommend to stay.
