It's a brand new hotel so everything is new and super clean. We paid RM200+ for a room with 2 double beds, which is quite small comparing to the price. The hotel has an elevator but we didn't get to use it as we were lucky enough to be given a room at the ground floor. I love that the hotel provides water filter machine with free 3 in 1 drinks at the common area. There's also an iron with ironing board at the common area. They also have an automatic shoe polishing machine! Location wise it is quite strategic. A lot of eateries at walking distance and there is also a big shopping mall nearby.

1. The price - it's a bit pricey for that size of room 2. The staff wanted to charge us when we asked for extra pillows. However, after some discussions with the staff, they agreed to give us FOC

The hotel was new, only open for a month, so everything was new and clean. There's a guard, (the receptionist told me that he took care of the parking lot), the room was spacious enough and worth the money. Its near the mall and there are a lot of shopping and eating areas so it's easier to get food and shop.

The hot water and ironing board is provided, but it needs to be shared in the common area. For lazy and introverted people like me, I find it quite troubling because i have to make coffee and iron my clothes in public. The noise might be loud outside since there's a karaoke restaurant, and I heard someone complain even though I didn't hear anything at all.

The only hotel I ever stay at when visiting Sungai Petani is an absolute gem! It’s incredibly affordable, immaculately maintained, and exceptionally comfortable. With KFC, Starbucks, and several restaurants within walking distance, a mall just three minutes away, and the town nearby, its location is simply unbeatable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking an enjoyable and hassle-free stay!

Location is good. The room booked is very comfortable and spacious. Value for money. For family or people travelling in group it is very good and not crowded if this type of room is booked. Facility (air-cond), water heater etc are working perfectly.

As the room is located downstairs, it would have been better if there are grills at the windows of the bedrooms. A thicker curtain would be much appreciated.

Location - very near the highway and the town. Attentive, helpful and courteous staff. Free coffee and tea, and ironing facility near the reception. Plenty of parking spaces in front and various restaurants nearby. Clean reception, lift, in-room bathroom and pathways. Clean bedding and towels.

The walls in the room were a bit stained with finger prints and scratches.

The room was clean and just nice for my family. Toilet also clean, like new. Location is easy to be found, surrounded by many restaurants...

Area to pray inside room is small... cannot Jemaah inside the room together with family. Can hear the next door people talking until late night. The pillow is too soft... but OK la...

It is a new hotel, so everything is new. They provided water dispenser with free coffee/tea on each floor. Ironing kit also provided.

Room is small and the AC is next to the bed. It could get really cold in few minutes. Should place the AC away from the bed. I had to adjust the temp to 27°c to get comfortable to sleep.

The hyegine and comfortable place to accomodate. The location was near to Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim. Really enjoy the stay.

No routine clean up the room like before..maybe their new policies after pandemic covid 19🤷🏻‍♀️

The location. Very near to PLUS highway Sungai Petani North. Also near to Amanjaya mall, starbucks and many others.

Very basic amenities. There is no fridge or water heater for your drink. If you need hot water for your drink, need to take from coway machine at lobby.

Clean & comfy, friendly staff. Good location as it near the toll exit. Alot of eatery available during evening.
