The bed really really really comfy, spacious room and balcony. Delicious & a lot variant of breakfast, clean and spacious swimming pool. Really good & friendly staff at the reception and shuttle. Superb resort environment for vacation. There is a lot of option to eat outside the resort to, ATM & gas also near.

The only downside: 1. is the room not elder/oku/luggage friendly. Stairs is the only way in/out for some room. 2. Seen some lizards at bed frame n toilet when first checked in. 3. Big Heineken' sign at the entrance lobby makes my family wonder does this resort serves halal certified or not..

The room is newly refurbished. The surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. The breakfast is delicious even with a lack of choices.

A part of the buildings are used as a foreigner worker's hostel. Not that they disturb the peace (they are all female), but the resort is supposedly exclusive to the visitors only.

A bit old, which can be improved better despite our unit is a renovated unit Upon check out the front desk staff was not alert at all, called for assistance to check out but no one answered the call, prompted to make payment however front desk staff assumed payment was fully paid. Was in a rush to airport and this causes my delay to catch my flight

Everything was ok as it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioners are fully working. Thank you.

However, the issues are, the internet and tv were not working. Another problem is the glass wall of the bathroom in the master bedroom was not covered with curtain or proper blind. So it was visible from the outside. this is totally not proper.

The rooms were comfortable and hotel staff were helpful to help us get from our rooms to the hall for the wedding dinner we were attending.

Information as to rooms would be away from main building would be good to be informed earlier, as we carried our bags to the main building for the check in and then were told that we would need to drive to another part of the resort.

The room arrangement was spacious. Easy for us (Muslim people) to solat. There were a variety of breakfasts to choose. I stayed during Hari Raya Aidilfitri and the breakfast matches the Hari Raya cuisine.

The lighting in the room was too dim which always make us fell want to sleep. If brighter a little bit, it can bring up the mood.

The staff is very friendly. The room is very nice and very clean. We enjoyed our time at the resort. And the price is very valuable. Amazing! Thank you to all the staff from the front office to housekeeping. Thank you to Mr. Nesh ( assistant front office manager) and cik Yasmin for your kindness. I will be sure to stay again.

The room is spacious with nice decoration. Ample parking space. Security guard was friendly and helpful.

There was cockroach in the bathroom. Nevertheless, the resort have arranged for us to move to another room. The sound insulation could be improve further probably due to wooden door separated the rooms.

I like that the three bedroom apartment has a marvelous view. I enjoyed the swimming pool facilities. The pool was the best part I’d say besides the view.

It’s not clean in terms of toilet. The apartment is stayed at, the kitchen smells like pee.

Room is spacious & very clean. Water pressure was very strong. The environment is very calm. Breakfast is not bad eventho not so much variety of menu.

Cannot connect to wife. I really hope they could change to smart TV so that we could just signed in to netflix straight away.
