The room was good
The building was so dirty, old, no reception counter , very very very Bad location, there no good vibes , there no other facilities shops, there is no Welcoming guests, so narrow, very very very lonely location, the welcoming door is locked from inside 😔😔😔, even we didn't stay in the hotel, we didn't check in because my wife didn't like to stay. Is Not safe for family, sorry to say this, it's like staying in Red zone 😭😭😭

1. The picture shown in advertisement totally different with real room. 2. Not friendly to oldfolks. Need to climb the stairs too high for old folks. 3. Facilities - Tv totally not function. - Hot drinks only at groundfloor - No wifi - Towel dirty - water heater leaking can cause death - No Receptionist during operation. Just wait for check in. - Bathroom door broken. Cant closed properly. - Room was smelly. 4. Receptionist annoyed. Keep asking when to check in. Eventhough already told to check in what time, then keep asking what time to came.

There is toilet paper and (only) warm water at the floor
~100 MYR is cheeky, 5 is appropriate *) Check-in: no one present - Ring for 15 minutes - no one opens - after 30 minutes someone opens (ringing ignored?), no change, reception usually not occupied *) Bathroom: Toilet drips, you can't flush (nearest toilet at the mall 13 minutes away) *) Power-Socket: sparks spraying - assembly error - the mattress is leaning on - RISK OF FIRE!!! *) Air conditioning: dripping, noisy *) Internet: ~1.2 Mbps you can hear through the walls. Noise up to 4 o'clock, from 7 o'clock people ring because the reception is not occupied

I don't like everything, Booking.dot.com needs to go and investigate. Make a comparison between the pictures on the website and the actual situation. Customers are deceived by the pictures on the website. Not fair for customers.

Staff let me check in around 5 am coz supposed to comw at 14.00 PM but in the apps still deduct my money rm 55.67 why?
