During check-in, we had to wait for someone to pick up the access card. However, the person assisting us guided us from the entrance to the room. Despite the brief wait, the instructions were very clear. The location is close to KLCC, and the room offers a view of KLCC, though partially obstructed by other buildings. The room was clean and well-stocked with toiletries. The host was polite and helpful.

Spacious three bedroom apartment in a great location 15 minutes from Petronas Towers and very close to Bukit Nanas station. Apartment was clean and well equipped with cooking and washing machine facilities.

To use the pool you must pay a seperate fee. The final price you will pay for the apartment is not what you have accepted on booking.com extra charges can be about 25% extra. The apartment is still quite good value for money, but the system of extra hidden charges seems quite unfair on customers. You will also have to pay a 400 ringgit security deposit in cash and then make an arrangement with the management to get it back. It’s not particularly convenient as the result is you have to specify an exact check out time.

Quite possibly one of the best hosts have come across. Upfront with all the required information and accessible to questions after checking-in also. The location is 10 minutes by walk from Suria Mall and by driving it is about 20 minutes to all the major points - Sunway, Batu, Midvalley, Paradigm. The apartment is near several restaurants and food markets. The beds are clean and can fit 7-8 people. If visiting KL again I would rebook with this host.

Not the hosts, but the operator of the building requires a daily or weekly payment to access the swimming pool and gym, so we did not use and spent most of the time exploring the city.

Location

The toilets didn’t have bidet/handgun. Just the hose with on/off valve at the bottom. It was but uncomfortable to use.

It was spacious and can accommodate a lot of people. Value for money is the best. The location is super convenient. Your staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate and very fast. They grant our request for adaptor. Thank you!

The use of the pool comes with a fee so it was a shock for me. So we didn't go swimming.

Very satisfied and happy to stay here. Very easy check in and check out process, staff was quick to resolve any issues. Extremely efficient and clear instruction given. Friendly owner and staff. The room was spacious for 10pax and extra pillows, mattresses and towels. Toothbrush and paste were provided (not many will give this) and some coffee&tea. No major issue but at first the toilet was smelly, but owner did provide liquid floor cleaner which I could use to remove the smell from the toilet. Then problem solved.

Very strategic location,walking distance to the food court.The apartment was clean and spacious,very comfort amd nice view.Complete with washing machine and dryer,kitchen,3 bedrooms very comfort for our family.

Have to pay for swimming pool RM20 per day for adult and rm15 for child.It should be free we pay to stay there.

I made a confirmed booking about 1.5 weeks before my travel. On the check-in day itself, the person-in-charge texted to arrange a different apartment and room. I read and did not like the review and asked why a confirmed booking has no more room and needed a change. The person-in-charge says if you don't want then cancel. I was already on my way and told him he cannot do that. He says he can still let me have the other room he proposed. But I have to cancel my current booking and come over to meet up and pay in cash. And in the very last minute, I got to start searching for another place since I don't like that arrangement, I do felt threatened and unhappy. Perpetually, i have to tell him "ok ok i take the room, please don't play me out..." Booking.com, please take note of my cancelled booking 16-18 Mar 2023. And I leave it to you to take any action. I then book through another host and gotten the High floor at level 52. Since it is on the high floor, i have a better view. And, of course, it is quiet at night. It is also quite clean and everything is available such as towel, toilet paper, shower gel, cooking utensils, washing powder. Clear instructions was given and host assigned helper to show and explained about the facility and advice good food nearby and places to go.

1. Third room is without door only a curtain to cover. Suggest that host should install a door 2. Will be great to have clothes hanger to dry towel in every room 3. Sofa cover should be changed for better customer experience. It is quite old and run down in my opinion.

The apartment and the location.

The hidden owner or manager insensibility. After 24 hours of traveling, he refused to allow me admission to the apartment until I give him 300 Malaysian ringgit deposit. I had just arrived from the airport and didn't have that cash with. I was forced with all my luggage to search for a bank to withdraw the money. His attitude and lack of compensation caused me distress. I had not been informed by booking.com of his demands. So even though I liked the place, I was turned off and decided to leave and not rebook there again. His employee, was very nice, he had no power to make a decision.

The flat was clean and it has all the facilities you need in Hotels, the owner is a responsible and professional. He was answering all my suggestions and provided the support I need . The view from the floor 42 is amazing,

Location is excellent, close to the twin towers, well known by taxi drivers, good restaurants around the property. It was a great choice and I am eager to stay in it again
