It was specious, walkable distance from KL tower, they provide us with towel , toothbrush and toothpaste

They charge 10 RM per bag for keeping it in hostel after checkout after 2 pm, none of the other hostel charged us in Malaysia for keeping our luggage for few extra hours.

Very central. Exceptional staff. Nice breakfast. They even provided slides for changing out of shoes, so the room and common areas would be free of outside dirt and dust Clean sheets and towels Very comfy beds and everything needed in the capsule including charging points, hangers for clothes, railing and a privacy screen The library in the lounge was just 🤩 And board games. It was nice to see kids playing chess after breakfast. My kids loved the place and want to come back only to the Bed again for an extended holiday

The bathrooms were cleaned maybe once a day. And in a sharing situation of 12-16 people that just becomes nasty pretty quickly. A more frequent cleaning is absolutely essential Found out there are extra bathrooms beside the lounge. Wish it had been mentioned :( at check in which would have made the stay more than exceptional

Very simple capsule bed, was exactly what I was expecting. Bed space was good, had room at the end of bed to store some things. Had a little pull out table/ work station at end of the bed next to the power plug. Comfortable bed, felt and looked clean. Storage space underneath the bed space but needs a padlock to be secured. Facilities of the accommodation, great to have a lounge to go sit in and eat in, especially as you can’t eat in your bed space. There was access to basic kitchen facilities. Fridge was useful, could make hot drinks and a microwave. Showers and bathroom area was very nice and clean. Well maintained. Good location in the city. Can walk to the KL tower and twin towers.

There was a smell of mould in some of the showers but couldn’t see any. Might have just been the drains needed cleaning. Quite a few rules to follow but understandable to keep the place nice. My indoor slippers that are provided in the designated shoe locker were too small and uncomfortable. Breakfast could definitely be improved, limited options and not a lot of food.

Honestly, there is nothing to complain about. For money one pays this place is superb. It is very clean, very well organized, the female bathrooms are excellent, the sleeping pods offer privacy and are roomy enough. The breakfast for the money is very good. It is simple, but sufficient. Some people wrote in their reviews that they want options or better things, however, the hostel is not hotel, and in even in hotels one need to book a very good hotel to get breakfast with variety of good options. I was pleasantly surprised with what was offered for the breakfast. Coffee and tea are always available. Again, this is not a coffee from an expensive coffee machine, but it is good for the price. The location is superb. And I was informed about the deposit.

There is nothing I could complain about. This is a very good hostel and I am glad I booked it .

I stayed in a dormitory room, the room and toilets were so clean, even though there were many guests using them. Moreover, the shower room had shampoo and body wash, so I did not need to purchase them. The big towel is provided upon check-in for free, which was also very clean. I will definitely choose The Bed KLCC again when I visit Kuala Lumpur in the future. It was better than my home! Also, the lounge at the first floor had microwave, water purifier, utensils and the sink. The wi-fi connection was great.

The laundry service was a bit expensive (RM 15 per kilogram), but everything was fine!

A great place to stay for solo travelers. Good location for transportation, you can also easily walk to the central areas. Clean room, fully equipped, but a bit noisy because of the roomates and their luggages. Shared bathroom is always clean and dry. There is a 7/11 right next door so you don't have to go too far if you want to buy a snack or drink.

The AC is too cold at night. The breakfast is include in your booking but It's not an impressive meal and you also need to wash your own plates. There is no separate luggage area, you have to leave your luggage in the shared bedroom so it is noisy and a bit annoying for roommates.

It was a great stay at this hostel! The bunk beds are spacious, enough room to store things. Luggage storage is also large enough. Each bunk has a small desk, a mirror, and two convenient lights by the mirror and headboard. The facilities are always clean, especially the toilet and shower areas, which are well-maintained. There's a separate room for ironing clothes, with hairdryer and hair straighteners — very convenient! The lounge is huge with a great atmosphere, a view of the passing trains. It's stocked with single sofas, comfy bean bags, and even some books to enjoy. The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the train and bus stations, and only a few minutes' walk to the Petronas Twin Towers and nearby malls. There are also plenty of restaurants around the area, making it easy to grab a bite. The staff are incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. Overall, it is a comfortable, clean, and well-equipped hostel.

1. Strategic location, near to monorail. Hop on anytime to most of the attractions. Very convenient. 2. KLCC is within walking distance of 10 mins and Pavillion within 15 mins walk. 3. Take Grab/ Airasia ride is convenient too. 4. The location is near to main road. Safe and there is roof shade all the way from Bukit Nanas station to the hotel 5. First floor is big common place and pantry. Clean and comfortable. There is a row of shared toilet and showers at the other side. Again clean and nice. The best shared toilet and showers based on my travel experiences to domestic and international places. 6. I booked private shared room on second floor. The room is slightly small but i sleep well. It has two nice shared toilet+shower within the room. So it’s very convenient and you don’t have to go to first floor. 7. There is a 7-11 beside. Everything is just within the corners. It is definitely a good place for solo travellers like me

1. Air cond is very cold as it is centralised one. I read all the reviews before and prepared socks and sweater. So it still good for me. 2. Room sound proofing is not good. Can hear people open/close door. But i am ok with that.

Went to KL and took my IELTS - it’s just a 12-minute walk from the British Council - convenient indeed. Hands down the best hostel I’ve ever stayed in - clean, tidy, affordable, and in such a great location. The staff were all lovely, and the laundry service was absolutely amazing - my clothes came back fresh and smelling so good! 😌 Absolutely wonderful stay, and I’ll definitely be back if I get the chance. Personal opinion – it was a bit cold 🥶, but the staff were really lovely and gave me extra blankets. Slept like a baby – fantastic rest! x
