Apartment in a good location. ~600m from KLCC, lots of eating places all round, walkable distance to bukit Bintang, close to LRT. Very cold aircon,. Accommodating manager.

Nice place, but let down by poor maintenance, black mold on bathroom edges, bugs breeding, some bug or fly larvae in the bathroom, lots of small flies in the apartment. Very narrow carpark ramps, not good if you have a big car. No toaster, not sure if microwave doesn't work or it's just an oven. Third room is not really a room, more a store room converted to bedroom. Sofa badly in need of replacing, like it was sat on by an elephant. Aircon filters not cleaned. Nothing that a little effort cannot fix. No free parking (Rm4 per hr, max Rm20 if >5hrs)

1st, is the seamless communication. The place is a blessing in disguise. We booked in different place but when we arrived in our supposed accommodation the management told us that there’s a water interruption so needed to look for other place. Good thing Vortex KLCC by Luxury Suites Asia accepted our booking even if short notice. Really appreciate the assistance of Samsul. He is kind, patient and accommodating.

Fantastic facilities. Value for money. Staff are helpful. Will be my 1st choice on next visit to kl.

The room was really spacious and comfy, the host was nice and ready to greet us at midnight. Very great view and great location to nearby sightseeings and 7Eleven store downstair!

The bathrooms smelt bad and the swimming pool & gym charged extra fee to use.

-Kind & very helpful staff (Mr Imran) during our check in. He will meet you in the lobby then show you the direction to your room & brief about the house/parking/other facilities in the apartment. You need to pay RM 300 in cash as deposit then you will get 2 access card. -Very clean, comfortable, have a nice view from both bedroom & living room too. -Easy & fast checkout. After done checking he will transfer the deposit soonest possible.

-The parking was too narrow. If you drive long & wide car like Hilux, very difficult to go from level one to another level car park. It will test your driving skill. Hahaha. My luck because I got slot in P1 parking. The one n only available parking for visitor. Also thanks to very kind security guard for helping me while going in & out from that parking. -Parking fees RM20 per entry. I think it was expensive for parking area like that. -Swimming pool also need to pay separately, RM20 per pax.

Overall is Good and excellent, mr.Imran and Mr adib very kindly and friendship.The suites was great and clean. View is is very nice, can see KLCC on the night mode..all my kids love it and excited when stay here..will repeat again next time.. recommend to all people want stay here for vacation..

Property was at a prime location and easily accessible to KLCC & Bukit Bintang areas. Suites were also clean, comfortable & safe. Imran was also very responsive, helpful, dedicated and sincere. Will definitely opt for this property again in future.

As arrival was late in to the night communication/key collection was a little challenging (great if you have easy communication or arriving through the day). You have to pay to use the pool, whilst not expensive not ideal either.

maybe there are residents nearby who make noise until late at night.
