The location is perfect. The Petronas Twin Towers are a 7-minute walk away. The view from the room is amazing. I appreciate the late check-in, but it was for a small extra fee. The room has 3 double beds and 2 bathrooms, which can accommodate up to 6 people. I think it would even be too big for two, but I like when there is a lot of space in it. Inside there is everything you need, for example, a fan, a microwave oven, an iron, a water dispenser, etc.

The suit is not new. It is noticeable that there were a lot of tourists here, the extractor hood in the bathroom is not the best, but there is no unpleasant smell, it just feels damp after a shower.

It was a two bed room apartment. I had to stay there in a hurry and booked them within short notice. The apartment was super clean, and they provided whatever I needed. And, their apartment has the greatest of views. I would suggest everyone stay there. However, when you stay there, please bring soap, shampoo, and other cosmetics as per your requirement. They don't provide breakfast so you have to eat from outside. Moreover, they will take deposit money to avoid any type of loss of their apartment belongings. So take preparation for this. But they will return it while checking out.

I liked their every service. However, they could provide complimentary breakfast and necessary cosmetics, which may increase their rating more.

Excellent location... Very close to KLCC/Suriya Mall and Pavillion Mall.... just 10 minutes walk... The view from our apartment on the 54th Floor was just amazing

The linen was not changed regularly though we booked the apartment for 6 nights.

Pros : -The place is super clean (asked the staff incharge to check the condition first) -Good view (we can see TRX tower from our unit) -Good walking distance to KLCC and nearby tourist attractions -Have convenience store and a cafe near the lobby area -If you wanna go to TRX or Pavillion,you can take monorel near the building -If you are not a type to eat outside, you can bring your own cooking utensils to cook Cons : -You have to pay the parking by your own starting from RM4.40-ish per hour up to RM27.00 per day -The process to check-in and out could be challenging cuz of waiting for the staff

Our stay was great. The hosts are easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out process was smooth. The place was big and cozy, also complete with necessities. Location is also great: walking distance from Suria mall, a 7-11 downstairs, convenience stores and restaurants nearby. Fast wi-fi connection. We would definitely be staying here again the next time we come back to Kuala Lumpur.

room was clean. got tv, Netflix and Internet. Kitchen has everything. So good. The night view of KLCC was so amazing. The room is facing KLCC. two rooms facing KLCC. Bed are also comfortable.

There is hidden charges, I have to pay for the taxes MYR70++ and also have to pay for the parking MYR20 and there is MYR200 deposit. The parking is so smalllllllll. A bit pricy for the stay. Water heater is also not working. so cold. the location is abit confusing by the waze.

I had a fantastic stay at Vortex KLCC Suites! The suite was well-equipped with everything we needed, making it truly worth the price. We stayed on the 54th floor, and the city view was stunning, with a perfect sight of the Petronas Twin Towers. I was very satisfied with my experience and would highly recommend this place!

The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was very slow, which was a bit frustrating.

Our stay at Vortex KLCC was exceptional! The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable experience. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and situated in a prime location, making it easy to explore Kuala Lumpur. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

- Got washing machine & cloth hanger in apartment is extra boost for me.. (no need go cari laundry during cuti2) - the lift is super fast - no need to wait for long time - strategic location - especially morning, just walk around 5min to buy nasi lemak panas2, kuih for breakfast

- machine dryer not function.. but its ok - parking area to small . hard to park car with mpv car

The facilities and accommodation were great, with an amazing view of the KL Tower. The location was very convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions like the Petronas Tower and Aquaria KLCC. Everything was within reach. The only downside was the parking fee, as every apartment should provide parking pay for its guests all room have door 🚪
