The room was ideal for what i wanted and overlooked the pool which was nice. The breakfast i only managed the one day and was very busy, but the breakfast team worked as one and we only waited for several seconds before a table was free ( they was all wearing in-ear devices with the lady at the desk asking for whatever size table. They would instantly raise a hand to confirm) very impressive. The food good as well. The location was part of the reason i chose this hotel. I had stayed over the road some years earlier at the Shangri la which was beautiful but also expensive. The Concorde Hotel fitted in nicely as i didn't want to spend a fortune on a room but still got the great location just a stone throw away from the Petronas Towers. The Concierge was very good as well, advising us not to use the Taxi's as you will get ripped off but to download an App called "Grab" which is like our UK Uber service but loads cheaper and i mean cheap. Most trips would cost a £1.20 which is crazy.

The Hotel Bar? this in itself looked great but the entertainment was way to loud and not very good resulting in me not going in there for all of my stay. I appreciated the hotel needs to entertain the guests but having a Karaoke style group screaming is not the answer. Most guests would be happy with some background music or a singer that does not kill a song or two and at a level where you could still chat with each other.

The location is near most of the attractions of the city of Kuala Lumpur. The breakfast was okay. The room was good, but the furniture was quite used. I guess it needs renovating. It's easy to get Grab almost anytime (try avoiding peak hours).

The room had a weird smell that had stayed throughout our stay. The traffic in the surrounding areas is usually heavy, which is a drawback if you want to get around the city. As the whole places in Kuala Lumpur, the hotel is far away from the airport which is annoying especially if you arrived from a very long flight. The options in the breakfast buffet mostly come from Asian cuisine. This might be preferable for some people, but not for us.

The location of the hotel is excellent with Suria KLCC and Petronas twin towers within walkable distance. Also close to main tourist attractions. The breakfast was superb, with a wide variety of dishes and one would not be able to do justice to all the food provided. The room was neat, clean and well maintained, The toilet was clean and the toiletries provided were sufficient. Room service and housekeeping was excellent. The reception area was more like a 5 star hotel.

The standard rooms were a bit small and congested. There were no bedside switches. So had to switch of all the lights individually and fumble in the darkness to hit the bed. The toilet door had no locks which was a bit disappointing.

We booked for 4 persons they gave us one full bed one single, we talked to manager and he was saying u can bring ten persons no problem but we will give u same beds one full one single😃

The location of the Hotel is simply perfect. Morning breakfast is amazing, perfect blend of Asian & western dishes to choose from.

Could not find USB ports for charging, TV in the room was old age TV.

Hotel Is located in the middle of the city centre. Very convenient to go shopping. All the big mall is within waking distance and there is a monorail station like 50 meters away. Room is nice, clean and comfortable. My room view is facing the pool and the twin towers. Huge Gym the I enjoy using it every morning after my breakfast.

Breakfast area was so crowded. Breakfast started at 7am till 10am. I was there at 8.30am and there is a long queue waiting. After seeing the long queue they decided to bring me to the pool side restaurant to have my breakfast however this is not my first time staying here I realised the food verities Is lesser. During the check out also there is a long queue and I need to queue for 30 mins just to pass them the room keys. I just don’t understand why they don’t have any check out box where I can just place my room keys in the box. I have settled all the payment during the check in. There is nothing on the mini bar and also the fridge. Basically I don’t have to pay anything.

Room size was fabulous We were upgraded to executive suite Breakfast wonderful Pool great size and not over crowded Good foyer and relaxing areas Has a Hard Rock Cafe attached

Decors a little dated

The hotel has standard offer of multi-cultural breakfast buffet. We have booked a hotel room for 4 pax , 2 of them are children - we weren’t aware free breakfast is was only for 2ppl, didn’t find out until close to checkout time, the 2 children couldn’t have consumed much food , hopefully they aren’t charged full price. We had a twin double bed room, it was spacious and clean. Some parts of the Interior likely need to be refreshed soon but it didn’t bother me this trip. We were after a comfortable room to sleep and shower. Staff (bell desk, reception, breakfast, housekeeping ) were excellent, tentative and responsive to assist guests to have a pleasant stay, including making sure our departure was on- time and smooth. The hotel was just a few minutes walk to the train station , which takes no time to reach Bukit Bintang. It is also a short walk to the twin tower area.

It’s a shame that the swimming pool close before sunset, the night view of twin tower is amazing. But i understand if it is closed at a certain time if guests don’t have the interest to swim at night.

Hotel location proximity to public transport and major attractions in KL are within walking distance from the hotel. Breafast was very good as well as room service. Staff are very friendly and attentive.

Rooms definitely need renovation. Room cleanness and hygiene can be improved.
