Big spacious rooms with great view. We had a two bedroom apt. It's a busy hotel, but the staff are service minded. It is near a convinient store/mini market, so that you can buy all your necessary. We also had a washing machine in the room and the beds were good to sleep in

We had a room on the 18th floor and it was still easy to hear the traffic noise. I was ecpecting that a 4 star hotel atleast would have thick windows to keep the noise out. The two bedroom apt did not have the basic utensils available so that we could make our own meal. The cupboards were dirty and looked as though they hadnt been cleaned in a while. The bathroom lights were very dim and we had some cockroaches visiting us. Looking up at the ceiling from the shower and one could see fungess on the roof. The swimmingpool on sky deck was amazing to look at until actually going in and realising that it was dirty.

The apartment is spacious, large bedroom, impressive view, a large bathroom, equipped with kitchen and cooking utensils, refrigerator, washing machine, ironing machine. It is very close to the city center, there is a public transport station in the area - we used the monorail line to kl sentral, as well as various food and shopping areas. We had free access to the swimming pool on the top floor of the building, wonderful.

The keys are handed over when you arrive at the location - we discussed on WhatsApp - but we encountered some difficulties with the address because on the booking they did not have the address of the complex, but another address. Another aspect is the fact that the apartment, although it is very cozy, could have been better cared for.

Great location & good breakfast options nearby. Also close to metro which is cheap and clean. Rooms were large & well equipped Shower worked really well Western toilet with toilet paper Water & ice in the room was nice Air con worked well Great view

Payment was demanded in cash on arrival in the room- this wasn't obvious when we booked. So make sure you take enough cash to cover the cost of your stay. Mould patch on ceiling in the bathroom

Amazing, beautiful, clean and huge apartment with a nice view, very quick responsive and efficient host, no issues getting in or out. I rare find.

The apartment is on the 41st floor, so it takes time for the elevator to come, this would be my only complaint, all else was outstanding!!!

We love the space! Initially we thought we booked 1 bedroom apt but upon check in we were given 2 bedrooms, that was a pleasant surprise. It's fully equipped with kitchenette, washer/dryer, hair dryer n iron The apartment is near to a lot of attractions, one is just a walking distance to KLCC. The staff that handled the check in was also helpful

Only one mirror in the whole apartment

The suite was extremely spacious. Views from floor 41 just awesome. Swiming pool in floor 51 overlooking Petronas and KL Tower... can't beat it!!

Perhaps maintenance and cleanliness could be improved. Overall exprecience was GREAT!

The location was perfect and convinient. Felt very safe even when walking at night. The apartment itself is clean and beds are comfortable.

For me is the best the platinum face units of all, clean and chic and trend for KL visit must stay! After an extended stsy i made, i almost dont want to leave. 10 points for sure

the location, the size of the room, the cleanliness and the top-floor restaurant with a beautiful view of the twin towers was convenient.

the front desk are bad at giving directions: “straight, left, left” wasn’t very helpful.
