The view was amazing, clean, modern. They were quick to rectify my issues upon arrival. Also the pool on the rooftop was beautiful and warm. Stayed in #07 on 23A floor. Lots of nearby places to walk to. Smart TV to watch your shows. Great for long term stay. A wan was very kind and helpful during checkin. He helped me find an atm and made some recommendations. He fixed my washer for me to use. And brought a few cookware and a microwave as the kitchen cabinet was not supplied with any.

The washer and dryer was broken , no microwave or cookware upon arrival. No dish soap. Also received a studio rather than a 1 bedroom apartment but it was enough for me as I’m traveling solo. Didn’t look like apartment in photos but is still very nice. Wish they provide a separate pool towel as the pool only supplies to residence not the Axon guest

Everything is good. The room is very clean, and the space is enough for two person. The location is great...I booked that room aircon not cool the staff change another room for me and the view from the room is just as beautiful as the uploaded photos.👍 I will choose it again next time😃

Maybe the bathroom could add a clothes hanger for convenience. On the morning I checked out, I wanted to wash my hair, but the apartment had a power outage. I asked the staff about the notice, and they told me it was posted at the main door. I feel that in such situations, it would be helpful if the staff could send a reminder message to the residents. 😞

Our recent stay at Axon Residence Bukit Bintang by Luna was truly delightful. The location is unbeatable—nestled in the heart of Bukit Bintang, we were just steps away from shopping centers and diverse dining options. The apartment offered breathtaking views of the city skyline, providing a serene backdrop both day and night. Its spacious layout, complemented by a comfortable seating and dining area, made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The inclusion of a well-equipped studio kitchen and a functional washing machine added to the convenience. A special mention goes to our host, Abdur Rahman, whose support and responsiveness were commendable. He promptly addressed all our queries and ensured a smooth check-in process, enhancing our overall experience. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Axon Residence Bukit Bintang by Luna to anyone seeking a comfortable and centrally located accommodation in Kuala Lumpur.

The location of the property was great, close to the monorail and also to the metro line. It was also a short distance to walk to Jalan Alor for brilliant food. The check in was very easy, the host was there to meet us and was also able to let us in a little early because the apartment was ready. We’d booked a studio but was given an apartment with a small kitchen plus washing machine and also a small seating area (thank you). The pool was nice - up on the roof - it was very busy but still pleasant to cool off after a long day of walking. The gym was good as was the sauna and steam rooms. The view from our side of the building was brilliant!

The lifts! We were on floor 23 and some days we had to queue for 15-20 minutes to get out of the building. It was a small niggle and would not put me off of staying there again.

Good location, nice room. Good view. Near with main attraction in kl like especially in bukit bintang.

Unfortunately, the price is not really worth it for one night stay. At the same time the host wanted to charges me extra money because he give me the big room. Like duhhh, i didnt ask for the big room. I just want the room that i choose in the booking.com. When i refuse to pay extra, he just give that room to me without extra charges. So he just want the extra charges for his benefits. What a shame.

Wow what a property! The location was amazing just steps to the main drag in Bukit Bintang with all the malls and restaraunts. The apartment check in process was simple with a rep meeting us in the lobby and taking us to the room. We were upgraded to a larger apartment with a kitchen and washing machine which was massively useful being backpackers and having lots of washing to do! The view from the bedroom window was incredible and enjoyed looking at this from bed at night. The rooftop pool was also amazing with a great view, never busy when we visited and the pool was a great size and refreshing. Sadly we never made it up there for sunset as recommended. Convenience store located on the ground floor with lots of food & drink options at reasonable prices.

The keycards whilst great for security, meant that we had to go everywhere together, one person couldnt join at the pool later, or nip somewhere different as you need the cards to get out and into various hallways, there was a day when I wanted to visit the pool and my partner join later but it wasnt possible.

It's the perfect location, a stone throw from the Pavilion at Bukit Bintang. And right outside, there's convenience stores as well as that South Indian restaurant, SB Corner. This just added to our Axon Residence experience, as we had breakfast and dinners there so many times. The pool area with the KL skyline was a cherry on the top. Abdur-Rehman at the check-in, a super host. If I ever come to KL again, I will not even think twice in booking just this place.

Abdur was very nice and helpful, always smiling and responded to our requests quickly and efficiently. The room was very nice and spacious and clean. The location was excellent, very close to Pavilion, Fahrenheit, Isetan , Lot 10 and Sungeiwan. Lots of local eating places around.

It would be nice to have a microwave in the room. The lift was atrocious, almost every day there was problem with it. It would go up but went down before it reached my floor. We had to get out of the lift and choose another. Some days we had to change twice before we get to our desired floor. We heard other people that they had the same problem as us.
