The view from the apartment was stunning. Another great thing is that it's very close to the city center, just a 5-minute walk, and there's a 7-11 market right around the corner. The pool is also amazing, though it's a shame that it closes as early as 8 PM.

However, the price of the apartment does not match its quality. The couch was quite stained, and the towels were not completely clean either. Additionally, there were a lot of issues with overbookings, leaving many people without a room, even though they had already paid. Luckily, this didn't happen to us, but many people around us were affected. The lobby was packed every evening with frustrated guests. This was very poorly handled, and they suddenly increased prices, knowing that people were desperate. We also had to pay an extra 200 euros on top of the original price. Ridiculous.

The location was great. It was not really in the heart of bukit bintang where the busy streets are so you can get a little bit of silence away from the busy street yet it's only 5 minutes away from Pavilion, Lot 10 and everything else! There were a lot of convenient stores around for e.g. 7eleven, KKmart. There was also a mamak restaurant just opposite of 7e, they open until late night incase you are still hungry in the middle of the night. Food there is great! The room was spacious, enough for the both of us. There is a washing machine, fridge, cutleries and plates in the kitchen. There's also a dining table. The toilet was superb clean. They prepared everything like hairdryer, but too bad there weren't towels provided like mentioned. But it's the least of our worry, we bought new towels. The TV is connected to Netflix, you can just log into your account and enjoy! Everything was great! When checking in, there will be a person waiting for you with the key access card and all. There was a slight language barrier but we made it work and everything went smoothly after. You just need to show your booking confirmation number and they will do the rest. If you have any concerns, the manager (who will reach you via WhatApp) is very prompt into replying your message via WhatsApp. Travelling around is easy as everything is just walking distance, should you need to travel further, Grab is easily accessible. I would highly recommend checking the Sky Garden and Sky Deck view on Level 37, the view is amazing at night. Such a great place to chill. We didn't go swimming but there is also an infinity swimming pool on the same level with the view of the twin towers.

Excellent apartment!!!. Clean and well furnished. Skywalk was beautiful, the view from the 37th floor was gorgeous! And the nature garden on the 10th floor was brilliant!! One of the best-serviced suite apartments that I have stayed in Kuala Lumpur.

Not sure how they handle guests. No concierge services to check-in. Just a security guard handing out forms to fill in.

Great access for living in the heart of Bukit Bintang. The room we had was good and had everything you need. Very convenient to have a convenience (sic) store next door, we used it everyday. The team is also super quick to answer any question you have or help you with problems you may experience during your stay.

I did not like the fact that the price shown on the app is not the total price paid. You have to go to the PDF to realise that there is a 8% tax; plus a 16% one and daily tax to add. We ended up paying a lot more than expected. It was only possible to pay by cash, which meant that we had to go to an ATM that was charging way too much in fees... Really a painful way to start the stay. Also, be careful as the traffic can build up incredibly fast around the hotel, meaning that you could be blocked for a very long time (we were blocked for an hour once around 11AM).

The place is very nice ,closer to everything just a walk to a very popular mall Pavilion..by our unit you can see twin tower and KL Tower also ....the agent Polash is very helpful and easy to deal with.....

What I don't like is the elevator of Axon Suites 🤣😂 very confusing 😂🤣 and next time I hope the owner of the unit put more cooking pot .. because I'm shy to keep asking them of what I need for cooking because of the language..but other than that I can say the place is very very nice 👍👍👍👍

I liked the small, cozy room; it had all the necessary facilities for a comfortable stay. You will have a dedicated contact person who will assist you anytime you need anything. Location is great near by center and everything you need market etc .

Overall, everything was fine, except the internet, which was not as good as expected, and the TV wasn't working with the internet, so the children were a bit disappointed.

The property is spacious, in a great location, and clean. High value for money def! Many mentioned about the lift that is slow but we only experienced it 1 time during our 2 nights stay. A tip, always message the property owner to confirm your stay, we heard many booking got cancelled bc they didnt confirm.

It was a pleasant stay. First of all, the owner is very kind and helpful. Second, the room was clean and good to stay. Third, the location is the best. 5 min walk from the main street. I also liked the gym and the pool. The park area on the 10th floor is a good place to walk or to have some rest. I highly recommend this apartment in KL.

Great location, super view , great pool and gym area on the top floor. Comfortable bed, big room

Cleaning could be better, bathroom was not clean in the shower area, and there was a smell coming out of it. Needed AC on at all times to reduce the smell of damp.
