Overall the accommodation, how the staff assisted and decorated the room with birthday balloons with greetings to my Mom's Birthday. Facilities are very good. The Location is recommended walking distance to Lot 10 malls, Pavillion and other Malls, restaurants nearby. Try the SPA, PRICEY BUT WORTH IT 🙏🏻❤️

The booking payment is different with the online prices . I was overcharged untill i asked the breakdown, noticed x price difference and questioned the front desk, good thing they were nice to recheck and i was refunded back.😐 As per their supervisor the guy was a new intern/staff, panicked and miscalculated . STILL 😬(i mean shouldn't they be well trained first?) It was a RM200 difference. Lolz. I could still treat my parents out 😅

The location is amazing

The room is very small and there is no place to keep stuff, we were using the iron board as a makeshift table. The rooms are very small, the amenities provided are for two people only whereas we had 3 booked 2 adults and 1 child 6 years. Also when booking we didn’t get with breakfast option. During check in and check out it was observed that there is acute shortage of staff and many are under training as they were going back and forth to ask and confirm questions which created long queues.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff are very helpful and polite. The location of the hotel was very close to major amenities.

Nothing really only minor things - the light in the bathroom was poor and there were not enough bathroom rails for towels and bathers.

The modern interior. Was upgrade to a queen size double bed room for free. Location was easy to get to, right in the middle of the city. Every hot spot in KL are just within walking distance.

The room was without a work/dressing table. The toilet was a bit mouldy on few spots. And the parking was quite limited.

The location is incredibly convenient, 5 minutes walk from Jalan Alor food street and several large malls all within 5-10 minutes walk. The hotel is grand and looks very nice. The reception is easy to navigate and the checking in process was simple and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I booked a standard double room that was a good size for me as a solo traveller but might be a squeeze for two with cases etc. Bed was comfy, generous amount of plugs, toiletries and bathrobe etc all provided. I cannot fault the staff at this hotel as unfortunately I had a very bad medical accident around 12-1am and it was easy to phone to arrange a staff member and house keeping to come to my room to help with the problem, arrange a laundry service for me and I'm very grateful for their professionalism in the face of it.

Perhaps I was just unlucky that my shower didn't seem to drain very well and I didn't notice until too late having a shower than a lot of water had seeped under the door seal and flooded the back part of the bathroom and toilet. Managed to mop up most of it with towels and the rest did seem to dry up quite quickly on its own. Didn't put me off my stay. Not a fault with the hotel but it's a very busy location and getting a grab up the main road the hotel is on can take quite a bit of time. Sometimes you are sitting in queue of traffic for 15/20 minutes just to get up and turn when it feels easier just getting out and walking back over the road so just to be aware, especially if you're factoring in getting picked up to go to the airport etc.

Excellent location in Bukit Bintang, and near the Monorail, several large shopping centres and restaurants, bars etc.

Traffic noise, and occasional loud music from a club nearby. Shower excellent but poor drainage in my room meant short duration showers. Breakfast room a bit dark, could be brighter with appropriate lighting. But why does breakfast have to end at 1030am? Having said that the breakfast variety was good, but not always replenished.

This hotel is perfectly situated within the footsteps of Bukit Bintang. The Bukit Bintang Monorail Station is just a few minutes walk. Our room was modernly furnished throughout. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The AC was great. Nice big SMART TV with english speaking movie channels and also sports channels that broadcasted Premier League games. The bed was definately the comfiest bed we’ve slept in whilst on this holiday! There is a seperate tap within the bathroom for free unlimited filtered drinking water. Our Urban Deluxe King Room was a bit compact for 2 people plus 2x hand and 2x checked luggage. However we were only here for 2 nights therefore no real issues there. We were celebrating our Anniversary and the hotel made the extra effort of decorating our room with baloons as well as a cake. This was truely appreciated! Thank you! Breakfast was superb. It consisted of Western, Malay, Chinese and Indian cuisines. Plenty of choice for all ages to eat comfortably. Although the hotel is situated on a main road, we never heard any outdoor noise from the traffic. The carpets could have done with a proper hoover as there were hairs etc still present from the previous occupants of our room.

the location and staff if excellent . the room is bit small but since most of your time is outside exploring KL , room size is not issue for me. breakfast is great. parking is ample lots of parking space provided . near to monorel /mrt and also walking distance to all places i want to go

as a women traveller im concern about the toilet with window glass facing outside at level 1, obviously people outside can see u doing your business there. kindly please frosted it or reevaluate your design. so we can use bathroom with comfort and peace of mind . as 5 star hotel and for the price given toilet design should be revised.

Really good breakfast, Room was nice once we paid and got an upgrade Great location right next to LOT 10 mall

We arrived really tired at midnight after a 10 hour travel and were not served any water / drink. The manager on duty gave us our rooms which were smelly and damp and even though we had asked for an upgrade before seeing the rooms, he didn't mention how much it was going to be or give us an option. He seemed to be in a hurry. We got our rooms changed the next morning and the morning manager on duty was quite helpful in doing so and we paid fo the upgrade which was not much at all and could have been done the night before.

Great location on the heart of Bukit Bintang. Amazing breakfast selection (but concierge checking off room numbers was abrupt, bordering rude). Comfortable room, cleaned to perfection every day. Pool mostly quiet and a great daily escape from the KL heat.

Amount quoted on booking site differed from final amount charged (beware "extra charges may apply" eg Malaysian Tourism Tax). Transfers to and from airport booked via accomodation had mixed results - suggest seeking alternative options. "Bond" required on arrival equivalent to cost of stay. Assured the bond would be released on departure but took 2 weeks to disappear from credit card.
