The location is the best. Within walking distance to the shopping malls (Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Starhill, TRX) . The place is clean and nicely arranged for its compact size. There's a 24-hour Mamak (Indian cafe) serving good foods and drinks for a good price. Convenience store (7-11 across the street, BilaBila Mart just downstairs). Easy check in and out. Great service. Their infinity Pool area is nice.

The security guards at the front desk/lobby was being rude, I had informed him via the food delivery guys (Grab) that I will be at the lobby in 5-10 minutes, just put the food for a while at one of the desk at the lobby, and the delivery guy mentioned the guard doesn't allow and want to throw my food. When I reached down to pick up my food, I asked him why cant the food just put on the table for 5-10 minutes, even the lift service is so slow and it takes time to go down. He said 'here cannot' what a rude attitude - on top of that as Malaysian, I saw a lot of foreigner tourist checks-in but with this rude attitude not by the local Malaysian staff will reflect a bad impression to our tourism.

Location was good and well maintained as the building still brand new. Suggest to keep security on duty at all times and presence within and outside the entrance as the building is very busy with guests influx. Make sure cleaners are always on bay to wipe table tops and floors and lift buttons for cleaner sanitation.

However shortfall on the amenities inside the unit, which can be enhanced for the convenience of guests, suggest to have cooking pot not just frying pan, do provide hand, tea and rag towels for kitchen, not much of toilet papers, the wired chair in one of the rooms was not comfortable, suggest to replace with cushion padded

Place is spacious and comfortable for four people. It was generally clean, except for one cockcroach that came out of the airconditioner when we turned it on upon arrival (the cockroach was weak / dying and fell to the ground on its own). Other than that we did not see any insects / pests during our 5 days there. All of the appliances were working well, and the washing machine was a great help. Internet was fast. Shower heater was working. The basic amenities including laundry soap (powder) were available, and there was also enough tissue rolls stocked in the bathroom cabinet for our 5 day stay. Our room was at 31st floor, and had a nice view of the KL tower, and partially the Petronas Towers. Place is walking distance to malls in Bukit Bintang, which is very convenient. Neighborhood was not fancy, but it felt very safe. Place was convenient and it was very easy to book a Grab (usually, drivers arrive within 5mins from booking). What I like to commend is the responsiveness of the host. We asked for late check in (2am), and they accepted the request. The host messaged us a day before to confirm check in time, and while our flight was delayed, the host patiently waited for us (we ended up arriving around 3:30am). He did not have any complains when we arrived very late. We also requested early check out (8pm), and they also accepted it and the host arrived on time to meet us at the lobby for the check out.

The room was really big and the bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment felt clean. the studio had all amenities such as washing machine, fridge freezer, iron, hairdryer. The location was really good as we were close to everything and many food places near by.

the only negative point is that the building is extremely busy so it takes time to go up and down the elevator at peak times. we were on the 41st floor so sometimes it would take us around 15/20 minutes to get all the way down.

First of all we stated in 2 different apartments (we moved after 1st night and spend 4 nights in 2nd one) and I will describe the 2nd apartment. Location was great, just in the middle of everything, close to food market, shopping, walkable distance to main attractions. Apartment was clean and quite comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. View from the room was amazing. Check in and check out process were quite smooth. There is washing machine in the room which is quite convenient.

Remember that it’s not a hotel, so no room service and cleaning. There is no place to put towels in the bathroom which is quite annoying. The elevators in the building are horrible. In rush hours you would have to wait for a long time. We walked down from 31st floor twice and my husband climbed up twice as well! The first apartment we stayed in was not that clean and less comfortable, but apparently it’s not under this owner anymore.

The location is very good, and the studio feels quite safe. Great view from the window. The refrigerator was quite clean, but the freezer was less so. There is a washer/ dryer combo and even some laundry detergent.

It takes an incredibly long time to be able to get in an elevator, so exit and entry are difficult. There was dried food from a previous guest on the dining table, which was gross. The cleaning left a lot to be desired. The host was gruff and did not feel inclined to offer much help or advice. There was mold growing in the bathroom. Finally, the window (on the 16th floor!) did not fully close, which allowed the city noises to be more noticeable and made chilling the space more difficult.

There is a dress code for in and around the pool - i understand why (to be respectful to a number of residents), but I was hoping to sunbathe a little bit and didn’t feel I could! - also limited number of sun beds A fridge in the room would have been helpful As it’s a studio apartment rather than hotel / airbnb, there was nowhere to get recommendations / arrange tours etc

My stay at Axon Residence in Kuala Lumpur was overall very pleasant. The apartment I stayed in was spacious, well-designed, and equipped with air conditioning that made it very comfortable in the humid weather. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and modern, providing everything needed for a convenient stay. The bed was also very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. One of the standout features of Axon Residence is its excellent amenities. The gym is well-equipped and perfect for fitness enthusiasts, while the infinity pool offers stunning views of the city skyline—a true highlight. Additionally, the location in Bukit Bintang is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment.

Despite these positives, there were a couple of drawbacks during my stay. The lifts in the building were often slow due to the high number of residents and guests, which sometimes caused delays. Additionally, the reception service left much to be desired. Instead of a welcoming experience, it felt transactional, with a staff member simply collecting payment and handing over the keys, lacking friendliness or professionalism.

Apartment very clean aircon is good. Bed is comfortable. Md Sazib very friendly, helpfull, fast response on whatsapp.. Near to amenities. Halal restaurant, convenient store 7 Eleven. Pharmacy. Near to shopping center, pavilion sungei wang, train station and heart of Bukiy bintang.

During busy hours, had to wait 10 to 15min for the lift. Apartment level at level 16. Imagine to take the staircase. No free parking. Need to pay. Should be included during guest stay. No coffee, tea,sugar for light refreshment.

Staff were friendly and great to communicate with, quick response to phone calls and promptly attended to all inquiries and needs. Location was superb, very close to pavillion shopping mall and many restaurants/desserts shops. 7/11 and another convenience store are at your doorstep. Kids pool and children’s playground were great for entertaining kids. Clean 3 bedroom apartment/hotel that had all the necessities for a comfortable 2 weeks stay with kids.

Lifts were a little slow during peak hours but not too bad.
