Very well located, clean and comfortable. The rooms are completely soundproof so you can get a great night’s sleep. The rooftop pool is excellent, and the sky bridge and sky garden are great for watching the sunset from. Despite the rooms being on the smaller side, there are good amenities and storage options within them.

The rooms are small but this was fine for us for a couple of nights.

Lift service. Too many ppl - long wait

Comfortable with infrastructure like hot shower. 24hours front desk and kind staff. Good wifi. Swimming pool and view.

Can’t open windows. A bit small bed. Don’t have Netflix though TV controller has “Netflix ” button.

Spacious and clean beddings & toilets. Toiletries and pantries provided were good. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Accessible location

Building location was not accurate on Google maps. Grab drivers had trouble finding the location for pickup. Swimming pool had no proper enforcement. Saw a group of family wearing their normal clothing instead of proper swimwear and jumping into the water which I felt was super unhygienic. The security over there saw and did not care at all. Has 5 lifts but waiting time is very long. Always have a long queue to access the lifts. Counter checking in also took very long.

Must Improve on the lift . There are 5 lifts but every time we have to queue for lift to go up at nite. Also waiting time for lift to go down also very slow . No Netflix and cannot access to YouTube

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean. Walking distance from Bukit Bintang & Pavilion. Parking rate discount for Hotel Guest.

Just the timing of the stay, the pool is closed for renovation.

The hotel offers a fantastic location right in the heart of Kuala Lumpur, with many attractions and restaurants easily accessible. The views from both the pool and the gym are absolutely stunning – definitely a highlight! The gym is well-equipped, with particularly modern and high-quality treadmills. The rooms are functional and provide everything needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, the value for money is very good.

There are a few minor downsides: due to the high number of guests, the lobby often feels very crowded and hectic, making it a bit uncomfortable to spend time there. Additionally, hot water in the rooms could come through a little faster. All in all, a recommendable hotel for a stay in Kuala Lumpur!

Room was clean, toilet came with necessary amenities. Air conditioning was good, and could be easily adjusted. Mattress was comfortable and firm, bedsheets were clean and changed daily. Room service was done by 12PM everyday. Room was up to satisfactory standards every time I came back to the hotel. Great location, being in the middle of the big malls like pavilion, TRX, farenheit. Very close to local eateries. Worth the money!

Room was a little small, lack of space for luggage and lack of clothes hangers. Space to walk around the bed was too narrow, had to sidewalk to get to the other side of the room. Other than that, very comfortable experience.

The Infinity Pool had awesome views. The view from my balcony of the TRX was wonderful. I liked the efficient check out process with the security collecting the Room Cards,

This is constructive feedback with a view to make Sleeping Lion processes better. The Concierge Ticket system was a bit confusing when I first arrived. When walking in the front door, I saw the sign to "take a ticket" but could not see the ticket machine. It was not clearly visible and tucked away next to the cafe (which to a new arrival, could appear to be one for the Cafe). I did not see this until my 3rd visit to the lobby the next day. Maybe better instructions with arrows as to where to find the ticket machine (if not at the front door). I understand having the ticket machine in the middle of the lobby makes it equidistant for guests coming from the lifts and front door. If anything, the parking machines were more prominent, and I went there thinking it was for the concierge tickets.

Hair dryer. Kettle. Iron. Fridge...Comfortable beds, clean Beddings.. 5)Bath room is clean and provided most toiletries. Clean towels. Good hot water...However, should provide some cups...Good housekeeping 6)Reasonable price compare with hotels of same standings/locations..
