The room we occupied was very large and was about 36 m2. Room was clean and bright with a city view. Beds were comfortable with clean linen. Bath room was spacious and clean; towels were fresh though it took time for hot Waterloo reach the shower. Breakfast was elaborate with variety of menu. I liked the Green and Pink Guava juice in particular. Tables and cutlery were nice and clean. Seating arrangement was excellent. Service was superb. Overall breakfast was very good. One of the main advantages of the hotel is its location. It is within walkable distance from Pavilion Mall and the famous Food Street. Suria KLCC and Petronas Twin Towers are within 10 minutes drive from the property. Availability of Taxi service was easy. Overall, the location is excellent.

I did not notice anything in particular that I did not like in this property except that it took quite some time for the hot water to reach the shower and I was feeling guilty of wasting a lot of water before the hot water reached the shower.

We are staying at the service apartment side .Service was bad cause each time we requested something it took ages to reached us. There is no room service not able to call anyone for anything. Go to reception they said need to scan QR code for the service but in vain .Therefore if you are looking for a place which required service forget about it . Even asking for spare towel took us till our departure, didn’t come . Please do something about it . They really need to do something about it

ROOM: The room was big & spacious. It was clean and so was the bathroom! I didn't like the idea of toothpaste coming in a paper/plastic inside packaging. It was difficult to get it open because there was no perforation to ease the tear! Two packets were insufficient although it is replenished daily. Start with 3 or 4 packets. BREAKFAST: This was fantastic! At MYR35 per person, it was a steal! The food was good and so was the spread! LOCATION: Cant beat Grand Millennium, Parkroyal Hotel, Ansa or Wolo. They are smack in the middle of Bukit Bintang but I guess there's nothing you can do about it so may I suggest that you drop this question altogether in the future.

Check-in service. Should have at least 3 frontline staff to check-in hotel guests especially during peak period! There was only two. The process still takes too long! All hotels should brainstorm and come up with a procedure to shorten the process.

size of the room and the minimalist layout...no fussy furniture around. Toilet amenities were just right. Breakfast spread could improve a little bit e.g. more top ups of food. The chinese dim sum varieties were a little cold and hardened by the time we went for breakfast at 930am.

Travel Desk - I think they should display a price list at their counter. I felt the price they quoted to go to the airport was exorbitant at RGT200 1 way on Sunday at 7am! Whereas the price charged by Booking.com was SGD28! I know Grab is the way to go, unfortunately, my data plan was good enough to book a ride because of lagging issues. Perhaps hotel could provide a little pocket size info card on how to walk to the shopping malls (Pavillion Mall)

The property was nice and clean. Big spacious rooms. We booked 2 bedroom suite which was in dorsett residences. You get someone to take your luggage to the rom on arrival. Breakfast was good with a good choice of dishes. You get the mains the usual egg station, beans, toast, pancakes and lots more. Our housekeeping was fantastic. Hussin would clean our room perfectly every day. Sometimes we would leave the room later than other guests but Hussin was always available to clean the room after we left. Fresh towels and bedding every day. Toiletries and toilet rolls topped up. Hussin was very efficient. The rest of the staff at Dorsett were always happy to help. Fantastic location with The Pavillion literally a 5 min walk round the corner.

The front of entrance could have been bigger as it was always congested with cars so having to be careful when walking round the front of the hotel.

- location to nearby shopping centre - clean - friendly hotel staff including bell boy, security staff, reception staff, restaurant staff - amenities and equipment in the room was in good working condition such as the microwave, washing machine etc

We booked the 2 bedroom suite at Dorsett residence, furnitures and room need a major refurbish. Can see significant patches of old staining on the flooring and walls (wallpaper) due to condensation which cannot be clean even after a thorough clean. Aesthetic wise its really unpleasant to see patches in the suite. Upon check in also noticed that room has smell of musky (like it have been vacant for a long period of time) and balcony is dusty. Appreciate if the room could be given a freshen up prior to new guest stay.

We were there at 12noon and requested if we could go to the pool side and the Front Desk was so nice, they got a room ready for us instead :) Our room did not include breakfast but had a chance to have one - there was varieties and we had a hearty meal . Location was super convenient - it was not towards the front but we could go anywhere like Pavillion within walking distance. We also enjoyed the local coffee shop selling seafood. Truly enjoyed ourselves and wills stay at Dorsett again - We have to say the new filtered tap water is fantastic and the hot water pressure was a dream to shower in .We loved it

Rooms at Dorsett hotel are big and spacious. Suites at Dorsett Residences were spacious and well equipped. Hotel is ideally located near Bukit Bintang and away from the traffic jam zone. Housekeeping team for both hotel and residences were exceptional and very helpful. They were often prompt with our requests.

I booked the accomodation for 5 pax. A 2 bedroom suite and 1 deluxe room was offered. I didn’t realize the 2 bedroom suite room suite was in another building for Dorsett Residence. So it was quite an inconvenience shuttling between the 2 rooms. The 2 bedroom suite at Dorsett residences was a little below expectations as compared to Dorsett Hotel.

Almost everything. The Staff were exceptional. The breakfast was very good Comfortable bed. The location is really good and walk to Bukit Bintang Rooms were cleaned quickly and well Big room and bathroom

It was a little dark Delay in getting into our room after published time. It was a bit worn and dated. The bar area was not inviting. The TV was just awful. Not suited to an international hotel

We were in KL for a few days with daughters. Dorsett Residences was good. We travelled mainly by Grab so I cannot say if location was good for LRT. But it is near to many eateries, Pavillon just next door. They kept the luggage for couple of days we went to Melaka. Ths staff very friendly, polite and helpful. An enjoyable stay. Definitely recommend.

The sound travel a bit too much in the corridors. We heard other residents walking on the corridors a bit too much.
