The staff is very friendly and helpful, always trying to help. In our case the door handle didn't lock the door, it turns out they just did the floor refurbishment and were not even aware that the lock doesn't work properly. We got that sorted after reporting by moving to another room. As I mentioned, staff is very friendly and helpful, always great you with the smile and nice word. Also the housekeeping ladies very nice. The room is clean, quite good size, have window ( not every room have window so be aware ). It was a bit of noise from the eatery downstairs but honestly it didn't bother us and we could still sleep well. The bathroom is basic but I had no problem with that. We didn't have the cleaning in the meantime but you can always request fresh towel if needed. The hotel has a lift inside which is great however to get to the reception from the street you need to climb about 15 steps , we managed with the baby stroller:) The location is very good, near eateries, 7/11, mrt , bus stop, even the laundromat near by. The owners and staff - they are exceptionally helpful and nothing is a hassle. They do their very best to help. Things to note: let them know when you want cleaning, they are flexible to your needs. Towels are clean, nice and fluffy, sheets of good quality, the bed was excellent quality and comfortable - I have an old shoulder injury and cannot sleep on overly firm beds or to soft! It took me a bit to work out the switches for heaters for the shower - I asked about it and someone was sent immediately to check everything in case something was wrong. The hotel has been refurbished and only re-opened in December - it’s has some small teething issues, but these are not issues. It’s a 3 star in Pudu which isn’t far from the centre by metro, there are loads of great local places to eat - especially liked the small place next to the hotel - which was a recommendation from the owner. a touch and go card can be purchased from the petrol/ gas station down the road for the metro, and is excellent for all public transport. at the time of writing the KL metro card wasn’t available. There is an excellent coffee shop just around the corner ‘moody coffee ‘- it has excellent blends of central and South American bean. If you want a change from local coffee. They are laptop user friendly as well. Grabs are inexpensive from here and or if you need a taxi ask the hotel - as they’ll get you a good rate. ATMs are also nearby. For those who are super light sleepers the room I had was street facing with a window- I personally didn’t have an issue with the metro noise it wasn’t to bad. Perhaps bring plugs in case.

Good price high value. Highly recommended for a pleasant stay. The stuff I’m is super helpfully and friendly. The room spacious and comfortable, specially the bed and pillows. Great views to the Petronas towers and the huge buildings. The neighbor hood is quiet and the windows isolated. Had an amazing rest there :). Highly recommended as it’s 10 min walking from the amazing center of Kuala Lumpur.

Location good, near to teh city and very accessible to malls shops etc. Plenty of eateries to choose from.

There was a karaoke bar nearby that played till late and the sound could be heard in the room despite being on the 4th floor.

Very helpful and friendly staff and a good location with a good view of the Petronas towers etc at the rear.

A very noisy guest who ruined a nights sleep but the staff were great and moved me to another room for a much better second night.

The hotel is quiet nice, and the most I like too many restaurants near to the hotel, the staff is friendly and more thing I like in the hotel near LRT station, and for the bus station also… we will come again… thanks
