The location is very near the malls and access to the metro. The staff are friendly, esp Bella who assisted in the check-in process. The apartment is spacious for a family of 3 and we booked the 2 bedroom. The beds were comfortable, aircons were working really well and the washer and dryer was a good facility to have inside the apartment as we got to wash our clothes. The kitchenette with stuff you can use for cooking and food preps is also a plus! The rate we booked came with daily buffet whilst we were staying. The food selection is not much but well-prepared and replenished. Again, we enjoyed the friendliness of the staff we had the opportunity to interact with. Good job guys!

There is no broom but we found a dust pan inside the apartment and there is a certain smell wafting inside the whole department. It's like a sewage smell or something.

We found the beds very comfortable, showers amazing, swimming pools beautiful, rooms spacious and clean, housekeeping efficient and breakfast satisfactory. The jungle pod is awesome for the kids and both swimming pools have stunning views. The highlight for me was the lovely Nick and all the restaurant staff, who welcomed us and made us feel at home each day. We will be back and highly recommend this property. Thank you!

The lifts are a bit hot and stuffy but this is a minor inconvenience.

Extra payment for early check in :( I was expecting check in time was around 1pm. But apparently its 3pm. Arrived at 2pm And room not ready when we arrived so we had to wait about 15 mins. Customers should be made aware of these extra charges at the booking pay page. Also there is not wi-fi coverage at the pool.

Breakfast menu was limited and the tea/coffee were cold, took too much time to refill if some thing had finished. No lockers in the room and you had to call for room service before 3pm , they wouldn't do it on there own.

We love two pools and we were almost the only persons there. The staff is very, very friendly and nice. Everything is clean and super safe. Beds are realy comfortable and they upgraded our room.

There could be a little more choice of food at breakfast.

Location, size of room and facilities were all very good.

The bathroom was not very clean - the shower area was moldy and the glass screen was very dirty. I had to use the kitchen scrub to give it a good clean before I used it. Maybe the cleaners were not trained on the standard of cleanliness of a hotel. Also, service in room had to be requested (which i thought was unusual). The rooms did not have tissues - had to be requested.

Excellent location and it’s convenient to either TRX Exchange orcPavilion. The staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful, especially the lady staffs. I enjoyed swimming at the two infinity pools with great view of the city as they are not clouded at all. The bed is comfortable.

The studio room can need a bit of deep cleaning and updated furniture.

The location is great and the layout is perfect for family!!

The amenities are abit lacking, e.g facial tissue, floor mat, housekeeping requests were not communicated by receptionist, e.g. refill for water, and housekeeping :( providing one time use of kitchen cloth would be great :)

The pool on 37 floor is sooo beautiful and so much fun. The stuff are very friendly and welcoming.

It’s not that clean, the room is not well maintained. Thanks God I spent most of the time outside of it and was there only for one night.

Excellent location as many have mentioned, allowing access to many shopping and dining destinations in the Bukit Bintang area.

Facilities were run down and not thoroughly cleaned, with a worrying sewage smell in the common bathroom and mouldy smell in the tiny bedroom with a double bed.
