Love the rooms. And service.

Extra payment for early check in :( I was expecting check in time was around 1pm. But apparently its 3pm. Arrived at 2pm And room not ready when we arrived so we had to wait about 15 mins. Customers should be made aware of these extra charges at the booking pay page. Also there is not wi-fi coverage at the pool.

Location, size of room and facilities were all very good.

The bathroom was not very clean - the shower area was moldy and the glass screen was very dirty. I had to use the kitchen scrub to give it a good clean before I used it. Maybe the cleaners were not trained on the standard of cleanliness of a hotel. Also, service in room had to be requested (which i thought was unusual). The rooms did not have tissues - had to be requested.

Excellent location and it’s convenient to either TRX Exchange orcPavilion. The staffs are excellent, friendly and helpful, especially the lady staffs. I enjoyed swimming at the two infinity pools with great view of the city as they are not clouded at all. The bed is comfortable.

The studio room can need a bit of deep cleaning and updated furniture.

The location is great and the layout is perfect for family!!

The amenities are abit lacking, e.g facial tissue, floor mat, housekeeping requests were not communicated by receptionist, e.g. refill for water, and housekeeping :( providing one time use of kitchen cloth would be great :)

The pool on 37 floor is sooo beautiful and so much fun. The stuff are very friendly and welcoming.

It’s not that clean, the room is not well maintained. Thanks God I spent most of the time outside of it and was there only for one night.

Excellent location as many have mentioned, allowing access to many shopping and dining destinations in the Bukit Bintang area.

Facilities were run down and not thoroughly cleaned, with a worrying sewage smell in the common bathroom and mouldy smell in the tiny bedroom with a double bed.

Cleanliness not up to expectation. Housekepping not responsive. Need to keep remind them to send us hair dryer

Swimming pools were out of the world! Location is very convenient near to pavilion , Trx and local eateries Spacious studio, view (TRX) Preloaded with Netflix accounts and water fliter was a value add

The apartment was super clean and tidy, there was a normal table iron and steam iron, there was a washing machine and electric cooking equipment. The location was convenient just few minutes from pavilion, TRX Exchange and Times Square. Swimming pool was awesome and clean with nice view.

Morning front desk Indian lady staff (I think her name Mini) was so not helpful and not giving clear information, she also tried to fool us, but we had our say, we informed her we are willing to pay additional for early check in she kept saying no room available and all under cleaning progress, I showed her booking.com indicating my room type in hotel is not fully booked and then after 45mins talk she revealed about available room and let us check in, we paid full early check in amount for 2-3 hours. This is so not acceptable behavior and her bad attitude need to be actioned. i had a baby with me and delayed check in really impacted us despite our willingness for extra payment

Everything is good, clean and comfortable.

The tv in the bedroom is not working as it says cable is not connected etc, and we told the receptionist and he said they will send a maintenance the next day but they never come so we don’t bother. It is not a big deal for me as the tv in the living room is working fine but it would be great if both are working.
