It’s very nice hotel with a super convenient location just next door to Pavilion mall, Bukit Bintang station and tons of restaurants and cafes. Room is clean and comfortable, shower and AC works great. They provide 24 hours check in service, which is amazing if you have a late evening flight. I had a Deluxe room with a window, so was nice to wake up with a view. And they do have kettle and tab with drinking, so can do your coffee in the morning

Well, I know it’s basically nothing to do with a hotel itself, but it’s zero soundproof in the rooms. Had neighbors, who decided to have some very loud horizontal fun at 3 am at Sunday night( which is not the crime, but😅), so it was like they did it in my bed. Was very intense especially in case of early morning flight)

The room was quite spacious for two people. The bed was comfortable, and it came with a mini fridge and iron – everything was well-equipped. The location was also convenient, close to Bukit Bintang and TRX Mall. There were many food places nearby (though mostly non-halal). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Parking was very limited and a bit difficult. Hotel parking is located behind the building, and if it’s full, you have to pay to park at the lot behind it. As for the room, while it was generally clean, the air-conditioner might need servicing – even after wiping off the dust, it kept reappearing, possibly from the unserviced AC unit (since I didn’t open the window).

The location is fabulous, just a 1 minute walk to TRX Exchange. You have to cross a busy road (during peak hours), but there are breaks in traffic every so often so it felt relatively safe (for walking around KL). The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the room is large and comfortable. I paid a little extra for a king room with a window/view, and it was worth it. The bathroom was well appointed, and shower hot water system and pressure was top notch. Wifi speeds were solid (over 20Mbps). Just a few metres away is a nasi kandar restaurant which was open all day (including breakfast), and offers Malaysian dishes and very reasonable prices.

The walls are pretty thin and I could constantly hear noisy neighbours at all times of the day. I had to confront them multiple times, asking them reduce the noise. But some people just don't have any decency and common sense. You might be luckier and get quiet neighbours. But the soundproofing of the room and front door leaves a lot to be desired.

I will say the hotel owners put a lot of effort into the property. The lobby and rooms are beautifully decorated for a 2-star hotel for me. Appreciate they allowed us to early check in as we arrive in the morning, the front desk is very helpful and friendy. Just for the management to know, this is what made me to adjust the rating from 9 to 10. :)) The bed, air conditioning, and water heater are in good condition. I am happy to see the working table, mini refrigrator, wardrobe in the room. They also provided normal hair dryer in the bathroom, a set of standard toiletry amenities, disposable slippers and drinking water in the room. We are not very picky person about cleanliness so the room seems clean for us.

The shower drain is not draining as efficiently as it should, causing some water to accumulate. It would be beneficial to have it checked regulary. Tips: For those really need a quiet room, I can tell the room is not well soundproofed, as I can hear when the staff cleaning the next room or other guest pass by the corridor, for us is acceptable as we stay during weekday and quite lucky we do not have noisy neighbor during our stay.

Went there with a friend to attend the countdown party at The Exchange TRX. It was very very near, about 5 min walk away and I was so glad to have secured a room there during the busy time. The room was just right for two pax, got the twin room but the bed was bigger than a normal single bed. Also, it was nice of the staff to ask and offer us space at the rooftop to watch the fireworks.

The room was very stuffy upon entry as the aircon took quite some time to cool down. There were about three mosquitoes in the room but none of us got bitten thank goodness. Not really a bad point but just wanted to put out there that if The Exchange TRX has events going outdoor, it will be quite noisy as you can hear the sound from the room. The soundcheck on new year's eve lasted till a few minutes before midnight.

Everything is a brand new The hotel lobby small but nice with their sofa and lighting u gonna like it 😊 The room decoration simple but modern so pretty Helpful staff

The hotel room didnt provide the hair dryer. Only a few carpark provided like 4-5 cars. Need to park at somewhere else or along side of the roads.

THE PURPOSE WAS TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY & EXPLORE NEW PLACE & FOOD HUNTING. WANT TO AVOID TRAFFIC JAMM, MY DECISION TO STAYCATION IN AMAN HOTEL WAS VERY WORTH IT BECAUSE JUST CROSS THE ROAD TO REACH TUN RAZAK EXCHANGE (TRX). ALSO HAVE FEW OTHER MALL / CONVENIENCE SHOP NEARBY. WOULD LIKE STAY AGAIN HERE NEXT TIME. NEVERTHELES NEED EXTRA CAREFULL WHEN TO CROSS THE ROAD, BECAUSE NO ZEBRA CROSSING / TRAFFIC LIGHT CROSSING (JUNIOR SUITE)..OPSS THERE'S MORE..THE MATRESS, PILLOW & AIR COND WAS AWSOME!

ONE THAT UPSET ME IS THERE ARE NO PARKING SPACE FOR THE CUSTOMERS BUT LUCKILY THERE IS PRIVATE PARKING SPACE JUST BEHIND THE HOTEL. THE RISK IS CUSTOMER NEED TO STOP BY THE ROAD TO DROP OFF LUGGAGE. MAYBE HOTEL REPS SHOULD HELP LOOK AFTER THE TRAFFIC OR HELP CUSTOMER TO OFFLOAD BAGS FROM THE CAR. ITS QUITE DANGEROUS FOR THOSE WHO HAVE SMALL KIDS IF THEY DROP THEM BY THE ROAD. ALSO THE ROOM A BIT SMELLY NEED TO SPRAY AIR FRESHNER AFTER HOUSE KEEPING TO MAKE NEXT CUSTOMER COMFORT.

The superb location where we can just walk to TRX for around 5 minutes. If you want to go to TRX, turn left when you leave the hotel and follow the flow of people. The route suggested by Google might be a bit confusing for me.

We stay on the 2th floor, facing the main road. I would say the noise of the car is very loud. If you have trouble sleeping in a silent environment, please request from the receptionist.

The location was excellent. It's all walking distance to all the bukit bintang landmarks. Closest LRT station is 10mins walk away. Bed is comfortable, room is spacious.

The drainage system in the toilet is giving out some unpleasant smell. The exhaust fan in the washroom is not working but unable to fully eliminate the smell. I just close the door, and it didn't come out to the bedroom

Staff friendly and helpful, meet expectations. Engineering staff very efficient and helpful. Safe and quiet hotel away from main road. Mini bar and safety box available.

Cleanliness NO can be better, towel musty smell maybe damp and not dry enough during washing. Room very dusty and cigarettes smell. Mattress no bed protector and linen yellowish. Pillow no quality too soft and not in shaped.
