This is a unique hotel, with the story of camera museum. Also, there is a communal kitchen provides free water refill and table for eating. The place is very strategic! There are monorel and MRT station by walking distance, surrounded by malls and food stalls. You can look for anything and go anywhere you plan without thinking it will be difficult to have it.

There is a need to have an instruction to use the shower in the bathroom. Also, I still found dust and hair in the floor after my rooms just cleaned up.

Once you arrive, the building is truly one-of-a-kind. It's beautifully restored that mixes retro with modern design! The staff; everyone we interacted with was incredibly approachable and eager to help.

The location can be a little tricky to find; keeping an eye out for the small side street it's on. Despite the location challenge, i'd definitely recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

The location is great. Place is great. Hotel is great. Have a very great stay and great memories. However, the sound proof is very bad, there were few guests check-in at midnight and they were talking very loud and door closing sound keep annoying me during my sleep. Hope this can be improved.

The room is very small for double wo window. But it still good since we are just sleeping during night and day will be out.

The soundproofing of the room is quite poor, as I woke up at 3 a.m. when the occupants of the neighboring room returned. It was quite noisy, and it was hard to fall back asleep.

Friendly & helpful staff. Excellent location at Fahrenheit and opposite Pavilion mall. Room is very compact. Bathroom is just the basic. We really like this hotel for its location.

Could not pin the location for private transport to pick us from.

I love the cleanliness and location being central to Bukit Bintang. Staffs were helpful, we accidentally left our camera there and thankfully they kept it for us.

Our airconditioning wasn't that cool and the remote stated that the filter needs cleaning. Also, the shower head needs maintenance. Space is quite small for people with luggages.

The staff very friendly , the security guard so very helplfull . Not so many hotel can get what we want , but this hotel its excellent . I can request late check out up-to 3 hours just add some dollars due to my flight us reschedule .

This was my third stay here. Overall, I was not disappointed. Room service was excellent. They cleaned my room even late in the afternoon if they had too.

I had an issue with the safe. It was not locking. The maintenance team did their best to try to fix it. The staff were very cooperative. Eventually, they had to change my room. The new room had a minor toilet leak. The hotel management should spend more on maintenance but it's still an excellent hotel if you consider the entire package.

everything’s nearby and walking distance. the hotel itself is clean. prepare some cash for deposit before you check in. hope can change the songs in the lobby because everytime i came its always the same song hahaha

nothing. but the electric box in my room making a bit noise that can be annoying sometimes

Hmm, I was there for 5 days but my room was not tidied once. I’m not sure whether that’s the hotel policy so worth checking (eg you gotta inform someone that you want your room tidied - in a way, that’s more sustainable).
