Location and good service from staff from porter, reception to housekeeping. All polite and professional. Porter who helped us on 3 Sep around 1-2pm was observant and promptly loaded our luggage when our ride arrived.

The pillow or mattress did not support that well.

Location was within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurants and convenience stores. We liked the eco effficiency of the room and the layout.

We were advised of all their many rules and were happy to comply. They broke their own noise rules when loud hammering by workmen woke us up at 08:11.

Clean and comfy room. Good services, staffs are very nice, polite and professional. Good location, next to MRT station, very convenient drop off area. Adequate amenities provided. Easy check in and checkout process. Worth for money!

Bathroom is separated from toilet with a coffee table and a small space, that’s rather inconvenient for us, the carpet easily gets wet!

The centre of Bukit Bintang, a few steps away from MRT that we used back & forth to TRX Exchange Mall. The hotel smells GOOD. Everything was nice & we would come back again.

The flat screen had a bit of problem on our first day, but everything went ok after the staff came in to fix it.

The location is perfect for us as it is very convenient to discover Bukit Bintang shopping and food hunting. Also we could go back to the room anytime to rest and continue out shopping again.

The drop off point a bit inconvenience for the driver

I liked that there was T.V and a very comfortable Bed with mirrors on the wall and lights were quite nice.

I'm not used to bathroom stuff being separate. Wash basin was open to room, but wasn't a big problem as I was with my partner.

Love the location. the bed is super comfortable. Closed to great eatery and shopping places.

Between 12 - 3am , if you are a light sleeper, you will get annoyed with the noise. The room lighting is a bit dark.

Centre KL city and everything within walking distance, clean room, spacious and comfortable

The check-in wasn't smooth enough as I need to queue more than 30 minutes even though it was already almost 5:00 pm. Plus the breakfast is not so worth it, they came and send you in tupperware so meh meh

The location was excellent. The room was a good size for a big city.

The room was very dark due to the lighting. It would have been good to have a breakfast place.

Excellent location with close proximity to malls, numerous dining options of varied cuisines, view of KL 'Shibuya' crossing. Love how the design of hotel decor incorporates the history of the area and collaboration with local companies. WOLO pass provides additional perks; enjoyed discounted Starbucks drinks and spent more than an hour at Museum of Illusions. For breakfast, Nasi Lemak and Char Kway Teow are legit good.

Add a few more options for breakfast eg. porridge that may be suitable for kids who do not like nuggets or sausage. Not a big issue as breakfast is priced on the cheaper side for a hotel.
